Everyone is really nice, the service is great, the coffee is good, BUT this place is a hot mess by midday! There has to be staff who periodically pick up trash and wipe down the tables, right? Well, no. Enough said.

After the renovation no ac air and the young short lady didnt do the good our coffes, and she takes multiple orders making iced coffees to be watery

How are there 7 people working and i still have to wait 20 minutes for my mobile order??? The whole point of a mobile order is to skip the line. It's a frustrating when people that order after you, leave before you. Never again.

What you expect from a fast pace coffee shop. Midly expensive coffee, expensive food/snacks and busy baristas. Since it is close to a high-school they receive a lot of traffic from young teenagers. Due to that it seems they removed all outlit plugs to prevent people from staying too long. Would recommend If you're in a hurry and want a fancy drink but not a place to enjoy a cup of joe more than 5 minutes. If you want a cheaper black coffee and cream at twice the speed I recommend a nearby coffee shop.

This location is so slow I was able to download yelp to my new phone, using data charges, and write this review. I am still waiting for my nitro cold brew which I'm pretty sure just literally needs to be poured. Don't come here if you're looking to just "grab a coffee". They will make sure you stay a long freaking while whether you like it or not. And no, ordering through the mobile app does NOT help.
This is the closest location from my house to my morning commute to work.. the staff is pretty exceptional except that little girl SUNNY! She is rude. She will look me dead in my face and NOT help me. She ignores customers and she's NEVER doing any work behind the counter! I don't know what her problem is but I spend a ton of money supporting Starbucks! I will not come back to this location as long as she is there! She doesn't like her job and it shows!

Nice, friendly staff. Although I didn't buy anything that day, I did get a cup and had no problems. Just don't go around 3pm on a school day. The kids were EVERYWHERE lol.

Excellent crew. The manager (Liz I think) was attentive and helpful despite my blundering attempt at ordering. The crew seemed upbeat and friendly. Very relaxed and on top of things.

Coffee was not well made at all. Shots were DOA and bitter like the barista that made it. The cashier was super nice and toasted my croissant perfectly which merited a whole star for that experience. Sadly with all 6 of the baristas on shift during this not so busy 11am visit, the store was filthy. Trash was everywhere: straw wrappers and such were all around the bar area, baristas not washing their hands between texting at the bar, handing drinks to customers while cupping the caps. I tossed my lid as soon as I retrieved my drink.

Really disappointed with service at this location. I come to this one because it is close to home but I came in for a quick in and out because I had a 5pm apt to go to and it took 20 mins to get my order. It was not busy at all with 4 staff members behind the counter just talking and taking their time. I was in customer service before I really appreciate when employees do a great job and will let them know when they go above and beyond! This was not the case definitely room for improvement.
