Editted: Good place. Except you cant charge any devices here. But I understand if they were Chargers there there would be too many gamers spending 12 hours in the coffee shop

Visited today 3/2/25 at approximately 9:30pm, ordered a $10 drink via mobile app. Asked for my order at the drive thru. Drove up to the window to pick up my drink, asked for an iced water at the window and I wasn’t expecting to be sassed by the gentleman at the window about how I should have ordered the water at the order kiosk beforehand. Keeping mind I was the only car in the drive thru during this whole experience at a non peak hour. Felt miserable — just for a water? People who work here truly hate their jobs.

What can I say, overpriced coffee and great friendly service. I don't drink coffee, but my wife and daughter do. Always friendly and clean. I do like their egg bites though.

Please improve your oat matcha latte. It was the worst one I’ve ever had in my life - and tasted nothing like the ‘Starbucks oat matcha latte’ that I was craving 😔

During the day, It's great. Evening, My drinks taste like nothing but pure milk. asked for extra caramel, didn't get that. Whoever made them clearly doesn't care about doing their job.

I asked for an iced gingerbread oatmilk chai latte and i told them they got my order wrong but the barista was nice and he said i can keep the drink and remake the drink that i originally wanted but then he called the manager im pretty sure and manager came off rude and said “what’s the problem” with so much attitude and instead of helping me figure this out he said do u want the chai or latte but in the menu it said chai and latte together so it was my mistake of ordering both things and yes i’m taking responsibility for that but i wish he was nicer about it and more respectful.

Multiple instances at this location. Once waited an hour for a frap. Multiple times have had my drink taken and had to wait back in line for my drink to be remade. Absolutely recommend this location to everyone I know. Great experience.

Well I was on the drive thru trying to place an order, I have questions since I haven’t ordered in a while… I guess the young lady got frustrated with my questions and forget to mute her mic… I’m gonna ride is that she was beyond rude and disrespectful and she did not know that I was listening. I canceled my order (that I never finished) I just don’t understand why management did not train these kids properly, I’m a 50 year old woman and I just needed my coffee and respect, respect I give everyone

To the male barista long hair and sunglasses, I freaking love you soooo much.
Brightens up the room with his smile and dancing and still always makes my drinks fast and drop dead stunning.
