Ordered ahead to pick up in the drive thru... yeah won't make that mistake again it took over 20 minutes to get my drink.I should have just chose to come Inside to pick up but I had just gotten back from the hospital and really didn't feel like getting out. I would have gave 5 stars but for it to take as long as it did was ridiculous, I have been to other locations with drive thru & it's way less time waiting.

Andrea must have been having a horrible start to her day. My mobile order wasn’t ready (although the new feature on the app said someone was already working on it) and she told me that I had to come inside to pick it up.My sick infant and I kindly declined and she asked me to wait in the current line, then exit and re-enter the drive thru line to get it.She refunded me but not even the correct amount. She shorted me. Such lousy service, especially since the new app feature shows the progress of your order.

Ambling, taking their time, and totally ignoring me in the drive thru even though my drinks were already made. Took unnecessarily long with a surly, unapologetic attitude. I don’t normally leave reviews but this one was just so obnoxious.

Over charged for the wrong drink. I have order a specific drink multiple times from multiple Starbucks however this is the only one that can’t get it right. When I asked the lady she wanted to argue with me. A latte and a quad espresso are not the same thing. Management here really needs to step up and deal with their staff.

I’m on a road trip just passing through. Ordered a chai tea and tipped $2 on a $6 drink. I went to use the restroom. They have one restroom dedicated to the public and another blocked off for staff only. I waited over ten minutes for someone to come out of the restroom that was open to the public. I knocked and no one answered but it was locked. While I was waiting, a staff member who was not currently working went in to use the other restroom. When she came out I tried to go into that restroom and she told me I couldn’t use it… I had to wait for the public restroom. So I continued to wait while she complained to her manager that I was heading into the staff bathroom. Seriously people! Just let a girl pee! On another note, she should have sent someone to check on the person in the public restroom since they were in there for a looooonnnggg time. They could have been passed out on the floor or something.
