Always hate when employees put no care into the sandwich. What does a straight line of dressing do for my sandwich… taste the dressing on maybe a few bites. It’s like they don’t even look at the sandwich while making it. Plus they don’t have all the ingredients that subway usually carries. Seems like cheap owners… didn’t even want to put my sandwich in a bag. Owners need to get a life…. I’m paying for a footlong sandwich. Put some care into it.

Bread wasn’t fresh, and they didn’t have cups for water. When I asked, the response was a rude “No cups for water.” Seriously disappointing experience.

Don't go here! They carry less ingredient than other subways, and the ingredients they do have are spoiled and wilted. The lettuce was literally brown. On top of all that they don't honor weekly specials or the rewards program redemption. This subway is rouge. Someone should report them to corporate that they are out here diluting the brand. I will drive further next time to avoid this location.

Beware, store violated California law by failing to ask whether I needed a bag and proceeded to charge a bag fee. Furthermore, they compounded this violation by applying sales tax to the bag fee, which is also prohibited under state law. Check your receipts.

I visited the Subway on August 30, 2025 to grab my birthday cookie and use a $2.00 reward, but it was a terrible experience. The staff member at the front was incredibly unfriendly comparing me to a homeless person, making me feel unwelcome and ruining what should’ve been a fun visit. I’m really disappointed with the service and won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. Subway, please train your staff to treat customers better!

I was the only one came in and I just ask for a foot long chocolate chip cookie. The service was alright but it’s nothing usual. The cookie was amazing and baked. I just want to try the cookie.

I went into this establishment with a coupon . Nowhere on the coupon did it say what kind of sandwich i could get. They told me i was able to only choose from the basic ones. The a sandwiches that the made for me had very little ingredients on it. Don't go with a coupon.

Arrived 15 minutes before closing. Yes, my fault for arriving 15 minutes before closing but that’s also plenty of time to have sandwiches made. If the establishment says it closes at 930 it should close at 930 not 15 minutes before the time it says.
Both employees saw us trying to get into the establishment and just looked at us.
This is an unprofessional establishment and the employees should be talked to about their lack of professionalism and losing the company money by closing at 915 instead of the scheduled time of 930.
Don’t go to this subway. All of the workers are rude and skimp on your sandwich.

I order online and while they where making it I ask to please add more mayo and chipotle sauce nicely and that if I needed to pay extra I could but she kept telling with in actitud no I’m not gonna do that I’m pregnant and was really craving for a perfect sandwich I kept asking please I’m asking you nicely can you please added it if I need to pay more I will but she just kept saying I’m not gonna do it and ask for extra jalapeños and oil and vinagre and she almost forgot really it was the worst experience in subway never coming here again and the worst part that she was probably the manager worst customer service.

I called the store inquiring about lunch packages for our annual community event. The manager and staff were great! They were very accommodating in meeting our need to provide a variety of 100+ lunch bags on short notice. The price and service were excellent.
