Hello, we ordered online today at 7/15/2025 and noticed multiple issues with this location. We ordered at 11:30am and when we arrived to pick up (for ASAP) our order was not done after 25 minutes. My co-worker was the only customer at the time, and she texted me telling me that the person working on the sandwiches was on the phone having a personal conversation about her family, and not following any lists. I arrived to the building and noticed dust everywhere, from the counters to the ceiling lights. Some paint was also peeling from the ceiling. When we received our food, I saw onions in my sandwich as well as tomatoes which I did not order. I'm also allergic to onions. This incident has been reported to the Environmental Health Department for negligence of the facility and preparation of food.

It's a normal Subway store - the sandwich artist (yes, that's what they're called) was very friendly & filled my sandwich sufficiently. He also told me about a deal on the app that helped me get a free cookie.

The one in the Floersta Avenue is closed. So Iam have started to come this place this is the near place to my work place and really good fast service and sandwich is really fresh with freshly prepped meats and veggies. I Always Recommend this subway in the Sanleandro
