Hello, we ordered online today at 7/15/2025 and noticed multiple issues with this location. We ordered at 11:30am and when we arrived to pick up (for ASAP) our order was not done after 25 minutes. My co-worker was the only customer at the time, and she texted me telling me that the person working on the sandwiches was on the phone having a personal conversation about her family, and not following any lists. I arrived to the building and noticed dust everywhere, from the counters to the ceiling lights. Some paint was also peeling from the ceiling. When we received our food, I saw onions in my sandwich as well as tomatoes which I did not order. I'm also allergic to onions. This incident has been reported to the Environmental Health Department for negligence of the facility and preparation of food.
