Older lady making the sandwich was very rude, rolled her eyes and over all seemed very annoyed.

I have never felt soo compelled to voice my horrible experience. Today I was helped by the rudest subway employee, well rudest any person In customer service. It wasn't just me she was actually worse to the woman behind me. She didn't listen to a word we said then asked us the same question we already answered and shook her head in disgust and rolled her eyes. For instance when I told her my bread preference she rudely replied there is only wheat or flat bread what do you want. Then the lady behind me asked for cheese she put a processed shredded cheese on her sandwich. When the lady asked for sliced cheese she said thats all they have except pepper jack. When the customer politely said she didnt want the shredded cheese she again shook her head and rolled her eyes. If I wasn't bringing an order to my husband and his crew I would have walked out. If that wasn't enough, terrible service and no bread options no real sliced cheese options everyone was disappointed in the sandwiches especially the pepper jack it was not normal subway cheese it made every sandwich taste terrible the entire crew agreed something was bad. Steer clear of that location.

"Subway #2125-0" is located at the Marina Faire Shopping Center, in San Leandro, CA. This Subway is on the corner of Doolittle Drive & Fairway drive. I was there on a Thursday evening, and I decided to use my (reloaded) Subway card to get a sandwich. The restaurant looked fairly clean, but chairs were set in disarray in the dining room. SERVICE: Grade (3/5): I had to wait a bit. The customer ahead of me was trying to use old sandwich coupons. The lady behind the counter had to repeatedly tell him "they're no good." So, it's my turn, and the "Sandwich Artist" takes my order:#23, Hotshot Italiano, on Italian bread, with Mayo, and no vinaigrette. With lettuce, onions, cheese, tomato and peppers. There was some miscommunication over toasting the bread. The Sandwich Artist hinted that it's better served cold. Okay, I went with that, and it was a good decision.FOOD: Grade (5/5): Good sandwich! Good and spicy! The raw veggies gave it a crunch. The spicy pepperoni, raw onions, and jalapeno peppers made it a truly "hotshot" sandwich. I took my food to go, but there are tables inside. The staff thanked me for coming in.

I ordered veggie footlong sandwiches that were the best I ever had. The young lady who made them even toasted sandwiches. Yum Also the place was clean and organized.

The whole point of using the chain's app is so your food is ready when you pick it up. Twice this franchise has been unable to do that. On the first occasion, they had given my order to someone else by mistake and had to re-create it on the spot. Today, I walked in and despite there being three bodies behind the counter and about 40 minutes lead time since I'd put in the order, there was no sign of my sandwich. Body number one rifled through a fistful of receipt tapes to find mine and then literally threw together a sandwich on what turned out to be a stale roll that exploded in a shower of crumbs and lettuce when I sat down to eat it. You had your second chance, you blew it. Will not be back.

Frustrated with price increases at this Subway being charged inconsistently. I order the same thing every time I come to this Subway, but for some reason, the price always fluctuates. So I started keeping my receipts, and simply asking the clerk to replicate my order from last time. But then again, the price changes and I feel I'm not being charged correctly. And then today, I got attitude from the cashier, who decided to withhold my wrap from me if I refused to pay the new price. And so once again, I had to surrender and pay the new price. I am keeping the new receipt for next time, but I am increasingly frustrated with this negative customer experience. The employees at this subway need to do better in listening and understanding their customers requests and to make the customer feel better about dining here rather than copping an attitude against the customer.

Horrible Customer Service, Food was prepared all the way wrong, I got back to work then had to go way back, made me late from lunch, and wasn’t able to eat… What a way to start off the work week

I'm typically a very polite and patient customer, but after coaching the sandwich maker through my bf's sandwich in an effort to help her (she didn't know which meat was bacon) and keep him calm, she never even asked me if I wanted anything and rang up the order. When I explained that I still needed a sandwich, her co-worker stopped her from crossing the toaster to access anything because she was in the middle of a pick-up order. HELLO - YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! I decided to get out of there instead of get a sandwich because the customer service was beyond awful.

I've eaten here many times. Tonight, because my vehicle is broken down, I walked a mile to get a couple of subs. Arrived at 8:45. Closing time is allegedly 9. They were already closed. I was livid! I knocked on the glass, but the lady inside just ignored me. I single believe in supporting small, family owned businesses; however, I'll never give this establishment another dime of my money. Reading the other reviews reveals that this isn't new: they apparently do this a lot. Bad business.

Walked in to find employee on video chat while trying to take a customers order. Worst part is that she has her phone on a stand and sliding it along the board that the food goes on! She was adding ingredients on the guy's sandwich while sliding her phone along the way also. Basically she's touching his food with the gloves then grabbing her phone then back to the sandwich. Unsanitary! I don't how clean her phone is but that should not be on there where you need to prep our food. I walked after not wanting even to eat there. So disgusted and offended by it. I'm sure it was recorded on their security camera. It happened on approximately 1855 hours (6:55pm) on this day. Franchise owner needs to find out who the employee is and correct this unsanitary issue!

ordered 2 sandwiches online and when i went to pick it up a guy was closing the store and waved me off saying they were closed and not serving anymore? Even though it was 2 hours before closing? And I never got my sandwiches? This subway is very dissapointing.
