A very clean and warm environment. However, I came for a very good meal. My husband and I ordered Jerk Chicken and not only was the chicken dry and over cooked, the rice was super dry, and to add insult to injury, one of the plantane slices was burned. We were highly disappointed and it is very unlikely that we will ever return. Although, my mother in law was pleased with her oxtails, but the rice was dry as well.

I called, re a party of ten, today. "Sweet Fingers." "Hi! [QUESTION]?" She didn't respond. <DISCONNECTED> I called back. "Sweet Fingers." "Hi. I'm a real person." Without a word, she hung up, again. I figured, a child had grabbed the phone; I called again--same sulky child, petulant, no apology, only excuses. I told her, why I was calling; she was just rude, couldn't give a darn. Apparently, she thinks, restaurants just cook their own magical money. Oh, well.

I visited for the first time from Chicago. I ordered the Jerk Chicken Lunch specials. The Chicken seemed more like regular baked chicken and could have used a bit more Jerk seasonings to spice it up. The side of Jerk sauce was able to help with the taste. The Rice and Beans seemed overlooked and mushy and I didn't enjoy very much. The Plantains were quite delicious as well as the Sweet Potato Pudding and Pineapple soda drink. All in all it was an average experience for me as I've had better. They just need to improve the Jerk Chicken and Rice.

I ordered brown stew… The rice and cabbage was not seasoned. The chicken wasn’t good and it was more bones than meat. I paid $27.00 and did not enjoy

Jerk wings were dry as leather. Flavor was flat, hardly any spice. The plantains weren't bad. The peas and rice had an ok flavor. The rice was so overcooked it was mush. The beef patty was ok, but I ate it first and was very hungry so I may be biased. I'm very grateful I didn't waste anymore money on this restaurant. I really cannot recommend this place.

4 stars because although It was good,it wasn't quite the traditional jamaican i am use to. The service was above and beyond amazing. It is actually safe to park there. I ordered jerk chicken with steam veggies. Although I loved the veggies, they are not the traditional cabbage and carrots that I am use to. The jerk chicken was tender, and boy did they give me a lot of chicken but I paid for it too lol. The meal is quite pricey and I wanted more spice to the chicken lol (And yes I know jerk is not that spicy in Jamaica but I personally like the spicy jerk lol). Good juice. I will be back to taste other items.Parking: Parking lot behind the store can be full but street parking is not great. Again, it is safe to park there!

I slept on this place for too long! BEST JAMAICAN FOOD in the Bay Area. I'm very picky about mine too. FAST service! I was in and outPrice wasn't too bad. For this small plate of oxtail it was $20You won't find a place this good in Oakland. The other ones are Lowsy. Also the restaurant inside is very nice.

Devoted Jamaican chef - oxtail always amazing, with plantain and rice. Enough to share with my partner. Parking easy behind the restaurant. Would love to have Jamaican music - just a thought to consider to increase the cultural atmosphere , which always feels welcoming and clean.Parking: Easy and a couple dozen spots behind restaurant - never full.

Sweet Fingers is the real deal; we picked up catering for the band at a Holiday Party last week and couldn't have been more satisfied. Great and accurate planning ahead with Roxanne, Joel and Chef Clive on point with the pick up and the food was absolutely delicious. It's like taking a trip to the Caribbean with your taste buds. Can't wait to be back to try the rest of the menu.Parking: plenty of safe parking, both in the lot behind the restaurant and on the street in front. This was a concern of mine going in because I had a truckload of band gear that I didn't want to leave for any amount of time really. Visible spot right in the front of the restaurant made my pickup a breeze.
