This is my place right after work. Me and my son go there and grab a bite to eat. The atmosphere is amazing and the employees. Especially the one that works in the Drive-Thru around 1 :30, 2:30 a.m. He always is on point with his job. Very respectable young man

I requested for cantina chicken bowel with extra chicken I didn’t get what I asked . I also requested for two chicken cantina soft taco but I got two crispy chicken taco and they were dry and the 2 ladies didn’t understand me and she spoke a little English and she was being rude. I don’t recommend this place.

Not a good experience. We were traveling in California and wanted to stop by to eat and also use the restroom since my husband and I were driving for hours , ordered my food from the kiosk and tried to use the restroom and there was a code which is reasonable for the neighborhood we were in . Asked someone who was preparing the food to see if she could give me the code (no one was at the register) I asked politely and the worker acted she didn’t hear me so I asked myself if she really just ignored me or she really didn’t hear me I asked again in a nice way and she just looked at me as if I were asking something out of this world and she had an attitude like if she hated being at work or something which I guess who doesn’t but I mean that’s your job that’s what you settled for atleast have good customer service , she said wait a minute, atleast a few mins passed she didn’t even acknowledge me after that and just had a really bad attitude that unsettled me on why someone would be so rude to something so simple , I had to ask someone to else and she did ended up opening it for me . This wasn’t the most terrible case but it was just unnecessary for something so simple.

This Taco Bell offers superb service and quality food. The staff is efficient, always making sure my order is just right. I’m a big fan of their Doritos Locos Tacos – they’re always a fun twist on a classic! The ambiance is bright and welcoming, and the restaurant is always neat and tidy.

They messed up my order and I ordered 4 burritos and they give me only 2 come on now
Not a very inviting atmosphere. Very very cold inside. Have to order from the kiosk which threw my elderly father all off but I managed because it's not that bad. The people really only gave us our food so I can't say one way or the other how service was. The food was good as taco bell always is and they gave is everything we ordered. Would go back

Pick up my Grubhub order in driver thru. Had order a couple time before in different time one.
Every time I pick up in drive thru.
8.31 night shift, who the worker is tell me to comin side for pick up. And i had explained why I don’t have to do that’s before.
She com back with no answer keep saying go inside. In none busy hr no customer in the store or driver thru.
I don’t know what is the difference, is cuz a life sentence for let me pick up in driver thru?
Why I can before?
I don’t get it, rather cancel the order and never coming back.
By the way there food is cold most of the time.
