A bit hot inside but it's ok. Got lumpia, sweet potato fries, pot sticker, thia tea boba, and milk tea boba with mom. Nice staff. It's great that there's pictures of some of the food and drinks on the windows because you get to see what they have before you come in. Even more pictures near the register. Menus without pictures are kind of boring.

Very nice menu, kind staff, very clean, huge selection, no air conditioning in heat sweltering, crazy claw machine just turned my peace into a disco with loud baby music, really hard on the ears. Came with all the sauces unlike their neighbor, no extra charge

Unbeatable prices—fruit tea with boba is under $4.50!!! Decent boba. Huge menu. Always fast even if it’s busy. Tapex can be hit or miss but this franchise hits 👍 also it’s behind sons of liberty and further down past the frozen yogurt place towards 14th street if you couldn’t find it like me lol

I may be addicted to this place. I'm started to go here often after my daughter asked for boba tea a week or so ago. It's really nice. I like their regular milk tea, you can taste the tea. And she likes the vanilla cookie. She's picky.

Tapioca Express is an amazing place to get bubble tea. You can combine two flavors that you want to make a really good combination. The service is usually good and they add new drinks every once in a while that are usually very good. I like to get strawberry lemon or the newest thing. Sometimes, I just get a random drink that I think of.

Tapioca Express has the best popcorn chicken in the game, and this one specifically because other tapioca Express don't let you adjust spice or have calamari sauce. Their popcorn chicken has spice levels from 1-10 and has a level for everyone. I usually get 7 or 8 with the sauce and that's plenty.
Their snow bubble blended drinks are also amazing. They have many different flavors and I would recommend white chocolate.
The store is clean and neat, and pleasant staff experience. Overall 5/5
They started charging 50cents for any order under $10 if you pay by card, I asked if I can pay by debit they said it’ll still be charged 50cents extra which is just lunacy in 2024.
