Come here every once in a while, been getting burrito bowl every time and now they say they have never sold burrito bowl here. I don’t know what I’ve been getting here for this long.

This is my fourth time here. I always order the steak burrito and it’s been consistently good except today.
I payed for extra sour cream… and there wasn’t any “extra”. And they skimped out on the steak way less than the usual proportion. I genuinely thought they gave me a veggie burrito because I ate through 60% of my burrito until I got to the steak. SMH
Bait and switch. There prices on the menu do not match the prices they ring up.

I brought a shrimp an steak burrito no steak was in it I paid 21.00 I live in San Jose just horrible yes I'm pissed
Tried to order here from GrubHub and didn’t get a burrito that was in group order. GrubHub did nothing outside give me my money back. No empathy. Now I’m hungry and late for an event. If you order here, go and pick it up. Don’t order on GrubHub because you might not get your food.
