Amazing ramen tho not technically Yunnan province inspired. But still very good. I enjoyed it very much. Clean and helpful friendly waiter service.

Delicious rice noodle restaurant with very quick and efficient service. Broth is served in individual pots and are super hot when it arrives to the table. Many accompaniments are served along side depending on what you order. We have tried the mala spicy and the mala fish. Both are super good choices and are likely the signatures of Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle. Also tried the century egg, which was also delicious as they have chosen some with the runny yolk which has terrific mouth feel. Service here is superb and friendly, I actually forgot my laptop here and circled back after driving away for 3 minutes, their staff told us they tried to chase after us when they discovered the computer, but we had already left. Luckily they kept it safe and awaited our return. Thanks!

Discovered this place by accident and ended up loving it! Been here for 3 times and I'm definitely hooked on how delicious it is. The broth is not too salty or oily, and it pairs really well with the noodles and all the other small sides. Personally I like my noodles to be a bit spicy. If you like a little bit of spice too, You can ask for a small side of hot sauce! What I've tried: (R1) : so delicious! Must try (S16): popcorn chicken was really good too. Little bit spicy but the meat was juicy and tender. (B10): if you're looking for something fruity and refreshing, try superfruit four season spring tea! Service in general is pretty good. Although there is one server with a small ponytail and a cap that has a bit of an attitude. I've heard many aunties complain about her LOL! But other than that there's no other problem.

Never had yunnan style noodle! Beef tripe noodle soup, requested non spicy. Good soup base. Interesting concept to put all ingredients in and let it cook. Decent sized proportion. Takoyaki was okay.

My husband suggested we tried this place. It's our first time trying this. We came early, but only a few minutes after the place filled up very fast. We ordered the original, plus extra beef on the side, and one of the brisket with mild broth. " Mild " was too spicy for me!! The food came pretty fast after ordering. The broth was still boiling when it was brought to the table. We were told to put the meat and the quail egg and the lettuce first into the broth. Overall, a pretty good experience. We saw some pretty yummy chicken wings and fried calamari on the tables near us, so we will come back and try those. Parking is a bit challenging since it is located in a strip mall with Safeway, CVS and lots of other restaurants. But a spot will be found eventually.

This is one of my favorite noodle places in the Bay Area so far! I love how they elevated noodle soup by having all these small saucers of sides and the soup served boiling in a stone bowl, which makes the whole experience remind me of hot pot! The name comes from the fact that you're supposed to put the noodles into the boiling soup for 10 seconds before eating. Sticky Chicken Wings: We got this as an appetizer and were pleasantly surprised by how crispy they were. The flavor is pretty sweet (which I like) and the meat was also super tender. Pickled Cabbage and Fish Fillet Rice Noodles: The soup was a great flavor and nostalgic of a pickled cabbage and fish fillet dish. It was slightly spicy and a good amount of fish came with it. Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles: This dish was so spicy! Even though I was struggling through it, I really enjoyed the flavor since I like spice and the beef was good too. We were able to pack leftover broth though and make a second round of noodle soup the next day. Overall, the prices are high for noodle soup, but I think it's worth it. The broths are super flavorful and spot on, the noodles are the perfect texture and firmness, and the place is just a fun and unique experience to go to!

I can't exactly explain it, but I love this place! The little stone bowls, the flavorful broths, and the many little sides you get to throw in that enhance the meal...yes, Yes, and YES! The cafe environemnt is very fitting as well. I got the green pepper fish meal and could not get enough! Broth was oily, but I'll forgive it since it tasted so darn good. Literally thought about going back to this place every day for the next week and tried convincing many friends and family to join me to no avail..can't wait to go back!

Service: Quick and very nice Food: Loved the chicken cartilage. The spicy beef brisket was very good, it's schezwan spicy so a little numbing , but not overbearing like some places. I'll definitely come again to try their other flavors.

Great option if you are bored with regular hotpot. I have selected the original as I'm not sure what to order. Broth comes with milky color; LOTS if flavors yet not oily/ heavy We have two roll sliced of beef abd assorted vegetable. It is pretty fun to dump in all the ingredients by ourselves, different experience! Next time, I would need to add more beef Quick and prompt services. The Staffs are hustle; almost running around, it gave me a rushing feeling. It is quite alright as I come for the taste and quality food. Give em a try!

I love the concept of this place... it's basically a deconstructed rice noodle soup place. Realistically when you think about it, it's no different than regular rice noodle, but it's pretty fun that you can decide how much of each ingredient that you want in your noodles. Every ingredient comes out in their own separate mini plate, with the bowl of broth on the side. You just add whatever you want in the broth then wahlaaaa! you have your own bowl of rice noodles. I came here on a Sunday afternoon and managed to grab one of the last tables. Ordering was super quick, and so was getting the food. I got the original spicy, medium spice level which ended up being more like a mild spice level but I loved it. I highly recommend this place for any noodle lovers :)

We have been coming here for more than 10 times. It has been always on the saltier side. But whatever we ordered today was extremely salty. Too bad !

This restaurant has been in my bookmarks for a long time. During a particularly cold week in the East Bay, I made my way to San Leandro for a bowl of hot noodle soup. Lots of parking since I came early and the service was quick and efficient. I ordered the Spicy Beef Brisket bowl and my mom ordered the Green Pickle Fish bowl. The food came out very quickly and the aesthetics were on point (part of the reason I was so interested). There are 10 ingredients, outside of your protein and noodles, you can add to your soup. There is literally just 1/2 pieces of the ingredients, so don't expect a lot of other items in your bowl. You're most likely going to be eating your protein + noodle to become full. The soup itself was very flavorful, but a bit salty. I can definitely see myself coming back. I love noodle soup, especially when it's cold.

Wow! They serve up each ingredient separately and you put all of it into a hot stone pot. The result is steaming yummy noodle soup. So delicious Hits the spot on a cold day.

-Kimchi Beef Rice Noodle ($14.99) -Pork Cartilage Rice Noodle ($14.99) -Takoyaki ($5.99) something perfect for these cold weather days has got to be hot soup & noodles which is why @tensecondsnoodle has been one of my favorite spots so far!! i had ordered the kimchi beef along w/ an order takoyaki a-- woow it was so freaking delicious! i ended up trying the pork cartilage one as well and it was also super bomb. the experience of dining in vs taking out is very different since they have little dishes for the additional side items you can put in your noodles on the side when you dine in and the bowl of soup and noodle are in a bowl boiling hot as it's being placed on the table -- similar concept to like pepper lunch but with soup and noodles vs with take out they put everything together in the bowl for you with the soup on the side. so far ive taken my family and a couple friends who also had a positive experience as well!! the only difference with the kimchi beef vs the pork cartilage is main item (the meat) and with the kimchi beef the soup is slightly spiced and had a tangy kick with the kimchi. otherwise the soup base is the same!! if you're looking for a change from ramen/pho then this spot is worth the try bc one day it was raining and i wanted soup during my externship and had ordered the kimchi beef along with an order takoyaki and woow it was so freaking delicious i ended up trying the pork cartilage one as well- it was also super bomb. the experience of dining in vs taking out is very different since they have little dishes for the additional side items you can put in your noodles on the side when you dine in vs with take out they put everything together in the bowl for you with the soup on the side. so far ive taken my family and a couple friends who also had a positive experience as well!! the only difference with the kimchi beef vs the pork cartilage is main item (the meat) and with the kimchi beef the soup is slightly spiced and had a tangy kick with the kimchi. otherwise the soup base is the same!! if you're looking for a change from ramen/pho then this spot is worth the try

Absolutely love this place! What a gem! Service was super fast and served in a timely manner. Food definitely was warming to the heart in this cold weather. Each bowl comes with its own meat, the original I added the beef stew which was also a ton of good flavor. Definitely coming back!
