I went in to pick up lunch while working late and as soon as i walked in i was met with a warm welcome! I had some time so the chef explained every item and the inspiration behind it to me in depth. I ordered the porkbelly sisig over rice and it was fire. ate it too fast to take a picture. they’re also military friendly! definitely recommend.
This place is phenomenal. Simple menu of banh mi and bowls but they’re done perfectly. The owner and chef loves what he does and it shows. During my last visit I overhead him training a new employee with such a compassionate tone. This place deserves all the success!
Was my first time in and I’ll just say I’m glad I went. The flavor on those Sisig fries was great and they know how to make crispy fries as well. Renee is a friendly guy and I feel he cooks with passion
