When Fusion factory opened, i was so impressed. I ate there at least once a week and took my out of town guests there. It was great. I hadn't been there in couple of years soo i thought I would order for pick uptoday. When I went in to pick it up though, the workers didnt know what I was talking about. He said his Machine was "broken" but he could quickly make whatever i ordered. I was running late but said okay because I had already paid. As I was waiting I decided to get some Ice. I walked over to the machine and was quickly met byan employee that said the ice machine was broken. She was lovely and got me some ice from the back. Then I turn to look at their beer selection only to see a sign that said their tap was broken too. Lord help me.....Luckily my dude at the counter fixed my order in 5 minutes. And I must say it was really really good. Im giving 3 stars for the employees that took care of me in a restaurant where seemingly nothing was working but them. Do better for your people management, they can't sell what they don't have, but they are good people that did their best.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Came in here early this morning about 40-45 minutes after they opened hoping to buy my company some lunch was willing to spend around $500-$700. Came in and I wasn't to sure of his name but he was a short Latin man, looked maybe about 4'11-5'0 told me they are not serving food to look somewhere else. Not sure if it was because I'm a darker toned woman but this was highly un acceptable.

Always my go to when I go to Kaiser (which is alot) always friendly staff,, bathrooms are clean, not sure if the credit card fee is posted and I never noticed it but a little tape saying so on your reader would be helpful. I would have paid cash. But I get it everything costs for convenience. Outside does need some help it does look like you are closed half the time and I’ve waited in the drive through and had no acknowledgment so I just go in. BUT I love the food! Butter chicken with noodles and lettuce cups are my favorite! Well done y’all! Things can only get better!

Y'all need to do some landscaping. The weeds make it look closed and abandoned.

Ordered 7 items through grubhub. When I arrived for pickup they told me two of the items I ordered weren't available. As of the other 5 dishes they were terrible. Tasted like pre made frozen food you can get at safeway. Worst dish was the chicken curry. Check picture for reference. Never going back. Trash

***I didn't order anything***This review is based purely on the first impression after walking into the establishment. The reviews are mixed so I thought I would give it a shot.I was horrified. The floors were littered with food scraps and paper...there was this very musky mildewy bathroom/grease smell lingering throughout the whole place....and the cherry on top was the guy who was waiting to take my order. He was so nasty and dirty It looked like the food he was cooking exploded on him and then he decided to walk out front to greet customers and take orders. I had to make some excuse and leave because I didn't feel comfortable at all eating from this place. Couldn't bring myself to even order. Get your act together, and I'll try this when y'all can learn about proper food service hygiene.

I have passed by this place a few times and was like hmmmm sounds interesting. The menu is really really fusion. I work at Kaiser across the street and today I thought to myself let me go check this place out for lunch. I got the jalapeño chicken with brown rice sounds tasty huh? Well NO! it wasn't it was disgusting the chicken had absolutely NO FLAVOR, the rice was mushy and it's hard to mess up brown rice ‍no sauce nothing I was so pissed I didn't even get ti take a pic I threw it away $10 wasted! If it would've cost any more than that I would've went back over there an complained. I will never return

Um... we ordered our food online, direct from their website on 12/27 for pick-up. We get there, only to be told they are closed... and that they are only taking orders for catering. We asked for a refund & were told to call in the following week when management was back. Unorganized & turned off by the experience. That was the first time attempting to try to place. I'm okay with not trying it at all.

So I drove in and was meet with a short menu of great food. I'm from LA so my assumptions was a twist on teriyaki bowls and rice. But to my surprise to read Butter Noodle. One of my favorite indian dishes with noodle! This was a must. Can you believe it came in a plastic container and still looked beautiful . First bite was amazing. Everything you wanted in a butter chicken was there. I reach in the bag for the naan... THERE WAS Naan. I was heart broke. Please ask if I would like a side of naan. Because the food would have been a 10 of 5 stars. Thank you for the experience Score: 4.4 Must try!!!

Not the type of place that I would crave but would go to if that was the only place open, my fridge had no food, and I hadn't eaten in 6 days. Ordered the shawarma, which was tasteless and almost meatless. Other people in my group ordered the bahn mi (at best had a "meh" rating), sisig (double "meh") and fried rice, which the kids actually ate; thus a 2 star instead of 1. Also tried the Mongolian rice plate which the staff said was a crowd favorite, but we werent impressed. The parking is ample and the staff is friendly but we were all disappointed with the food. Not sure why they were playing Hawaiian music because it didnt fit the ambience at all. They use catchy phrases for their foods on their menu and proclaim that these are "dishes you will likey" but again like I said it just didnt match the atmosphere. Kinda like the dorky kid in high school trying their best to fit in the "A" group. Seems like a restaurant with a bit of an identity crisis. Sorry, me no likey.

They have wide selection of different Ethnic Asian dishes, from Eastern to Southern Asian cuisine. It was refreshing coming to this spot, what’s even more refreshing is their drink selection from slushee options for your inner child to the grown folk CA craft beer selection. Their business is best fit for like corporate catering I would say where you have lots of diversity in the work place and individuals could bind over the conversation of what they chose to eat. I got the Chicken Tikka and Crab Rangoons came out to $22, not bad at all and had some leftovers for dinner.
