Sadly this place has really fallen off. All the prices have been increased (like most restaurants post-inflation) but I strongly suspect the portion sizes have all been reduced as well. Also got my order wrong, but that seems to be a common theme at most Habit Burgers in my experience. Oh well, there's plenty of locally-owned burger joints to choose from that are far superior and a fraction of the price.

I just wanna talk about the cashier. His name was Jose, and he made my day. He was there for me when I needed him most, he served me drinks when I didn't even ask. He just turned my day from a 2/10 to a 11/10. He's the best cashier I've ever come across, and i would recommend him to anyone. The burgers were aight.

I told the cashier I didn't want onions, when I receive my chicken sandwich. Guess what was no my sandwich ONIONS. If I took it back they only take them off and give the sandwich back.Parking: It's in a small mall. So you need to drive around.

Horrendously managed restaurant 45 mins for an order and the restaurant is not even at 20 percent capacity. This issues needs to be solved urgently.

Food and menu are great. The service is for the birds. So in other words service can be partial and rude. Habit server with the tattooed text on front of her neck gave a customer 2 dressings and only would give me one. I was refused ketchup and made to wait for ketchup packets although my order was done. One day customer service will be stellar for all.

The service at this location is absolutely horrible. The young lady taking orders rather argue that it's busy instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes. I don't care how busy a business is, quality and customer service should always come first or you're not going to stay busy for long. The food was well undercooked and made wrong 2x.

I always bragged about great the food was. Not anymore , we visited last Sunday Dex, 2, 1923 our burgers were tasteless and over cooked/ It was like I can not tell you how disappointed that I was. It was like they were cooked and heated in the microwave. I know they can do better. B,P.

Very disappointed,I ordered a lettuce wrap burger, no mayonnaise & extra crispy fries. What I got was, sour dough, tons of mayonnais, super salty too and soggy fries.This meal showed up lukewarm and ended up in the trash.Never had any issues in the past, but this did them in. Won't be using Grub Hub too
