Sandwiches off the hook food off the hook
Food: 4
I am utterly disappointed! Went here tonight for the first time, ordered 3 cheese steaks, 2 curly fries and onion rings, spent $85 The sandwiches barely had any meat, cheese, peppers, or extra garlic I paid for. I literally had to pull the excess bread off!!! This is a complete rip off. The service was horrible. My son and I came in happy and polite and they seemed mad at the world. Which should've been a sign, but I was hungry and hadn't eaten since this morning.
I'm going to assume the positive reviews are from those who've never had a real bomb ass cheesesteak. I'll never go here again, and they should be ashamed of charging so much for a garbage ass sandwich!!!!! 🤬🥵😡

Cheese steak was way SALTY. STEAK was did NOT taste like beef. It was either a steak knock off or cloned.

Ordered and was still 15 minutes late. I have had better Cheesesteaks. Ghetto part of town.

The steak is over seasoned and could be more of it. The sandwich felt light even though length was true to size. Tastes fine but have had better. The provolone cheese is better than yellow American cheese. Garlic fries were good. A lot of minced garlic. 3 tables, very cramped. Pickup is better.

The Philly Cheesesteaks here are very good. I been here twice already since I’ve discovered it. I believe the prices are reasonable because of the great quality of the food. The neighborhood is a bit rough but obviously that’s not their fault. I wouldn’t sit in the shop and eat there again if I didn’t have too. This issue is all throughout California TBH. Since there are SOO many homeless people, it changes the sit-and-eat experience.

Call in ahead of time because they get busy with only two people working. People who complain about this are entitled brats. Grow up and stop hating on a great establishment.

I'm from the East Coast I know what real deal cheesteaks are about! it's not about a half filled bun and a jalapeno poppers for twenty bucks it's about making sure people are full and satisfied, these sandwiches will not do it It wasn't anything special meat was minimal, mushroom cheese steak and jalapeno poppers, 20$ bro this is it an all organic farmers market Philly cheesesteak. Also I waited about 20 minutes with only two people in front of me, wack

This is an Ashland treasure! My favorite is the OG Theo’s. The portions and prices are fair. Hole in the wall, get in, get out fast service.
