The food is decent, but cost is wild for what it is - $11 for a regular sub with no chips, etc is much.
The soda dispenser is TERRIBLE. Their mixes are all off and everything is way less sweet than it should be. I tasted the Coke, cherry Coke (which should be even SWEETER due to the grenadine, but somehow it tasted just as bad!!), and Fanta - all bad. This is one of the absolute worst remix machines I’ve ever experienced and I didn’t want the drink I already paid for in advance, because for what?
Owners - PLEASE fix the soda mixes, it’s just plain AWFUL.
The manager is a jerk, yelled at us for something his employee got wrong

Got the Chicken Cheesesteak but more of a grilled chicken sandwich instead. Sandwich was good. Service was good.

My daughter and I came here for the turkey and cranberry sandwich and it was delicious. The store was clean and smelled nice. There was a little wait because other people were there in line but the wait wasn't long.

The Davis Street, San Leandro location has spiral down the toilet bowl .. service with an attitude by some fat female .. Even the food is of lower quality-hot pastrami sandwich came with quite a bit of tendons which is a far cry from it's former years .. @ $18 a sandwich!! no wonder there's only 1 person during lunch time .. There used to be multiple sandwich makers and a nice atmosphere along with a long line of customers .. do not recommend Togo's .. You are better off going with a burrito at a Mexican restaurant at a lower price point AND better quality and service to boot .. it wouldn't surprise me if this location closed down soon .... sky high prices, mediocre quality and attitude = 0 customers

Sandwich was good. The service is hit or miss. Usually everyone is nice except for one guy who was angry and was very rude. I always avoid this place if he’s
