The people who work here make things fun! 2 employees were joking around, talking to customers about random things. They had everyone in the store laughing. I got the meatball sandwich and it was nice n melty, yum!

The Davis Street, San Leandro location has spiral down the toilet bowl .. service with an attitude by some fat female .. Even the food is of lower quality-hot pastrami sandwich came with quite a bit of tendons which is a far cry from it's former years .. @ $18 a sandwich!! no wonder there's only 1 person during lunch time .. There used to be multiple sandwich makers and a nice atmosphere along with a long line of customers .. do not recommend Togo's .. You are better off going with a burrito at a Mexican restaurant at a lower price point AND better quality and service to boot .. it wouldn't surprise me if this location closed down soon .... sky high prices, mediocre quality and attitude = 0 customers

Sandwich was good. The service is hit or miss. Usually everyone is nice except for one guy who was angry and was very rude. I always avoid this place if he’s

I tried the Chicken Santa Fe Salad and it was super yummy! The sauce that goes with the salad is very rich and creamy. It is a little bit spicy but tolerable. My husband and I went right before they closed. The place was clean and although they were closing soon the guy that took our order was very polite and nice. He seemed genuine when he smiled at us. We went back a few days after and most likely will continue to go back. The price is fair for the large salad. Customer service was great. The place was clean. I recommend trying the chicken santa fe salad!

I hate to give this place a one star, but I was severely disappointed in my cheesesteak sandwich. On about my fifth bite, there were two long pieces of what seemed to be mesh wiring in my sandwich. After showing one of the workers and telling her that I found it in my sandwich , I was met with just an apology as she threw it away. I hope that they went through the rest of the meats to make sure it wasn't contaminated. Unfortunately I won't be coming to this location for awhile. The Italian sandwich on Parmesan bread was great, but the experience was tainted by the cheesesteak.

Cheesesteak sandwich is sliced roast beef. Not steak. However, the sandwich was absolutely delicious!! Don’t forget the AU JUS! Staff was super friendly!

Bread was overwhelming ... the meat was pre cut and the lettuce and such was dry ... had such high hopes

It is a franchise and they do whatever they want. The sandwiches and skimpy and light. Overpriced for a piece of bread.
