My meatball sub was wet and the marinara was watery making the bread disgusting. My other sandwich was wet covered in sauce and smelled awful. By far the worst togos I've been to.

My niece ordered a take out for me because I was sick. She ordered a roast beef sandwich, a bowl of soup. Chips and Diet Coke. I started eating the soup and immediately discarded it. It was very salty, as if I was eating a salt soup, I was afraid to get sicker so I disposed the soup. I called the branch were my niece bought it and the only thing they can tell me is they don’t prepare it there. I am very disappointed with this experience. Hope the manager reads this.

Stale sandwiches on my first trip. Completely wrong order on my second trip. Bunch of kids handling money with the gloves on and then making sandwiches without changing gloves. Gross. When a operation is this faulty, it's hard to blame the employees. This place clearly has management/franchisee failure.

I ordered 10 sandwiches, 3 salads, and 1 wrap online in the morning. I wanted to pick up 4:15pm. When I got there, they barely started making my order. There gave me my order 4:50pm. About 35 mins late. I didn't double check the sandwiches the guy gave me. 2 sandwiches were missing and one wrong sandwich. Some of the sandwiches doesn't have any descriptions. I ended up late for my meeting. Called the manager twice in the same week, no response. Not a happy cramper.

Waste of money I order a LRG 9 and a coke. the cost was $22.41. I was cheated on the meat. it was all bread and very little meat on the sandwich, if I had time I would have went back and displayed my frustration. I WILL NEVER goto Togo's again NEVER. RIPOFF.

2/22/2024 at approximately 6:20pm Three of us walk in Fairmount dr Togo's, The guy working there was real nice hemade all 4 of our sandwiches.. The manager wasn't.. She was rude , I have a lot of Mexican friends and then tell me Racism runs rapid in their community against blacks.. And i'm a 100% sure She doesn't like black people.. She's told us to step aside so she can help another person After she ignored us..

Togo's fell all the way off. The worker's acted like they didn't want to be there, when I asked for my sandwich to be made a certain way, the man kept doing it wrong, not listening, and the sandwich was horrible. They didn't clean a table off for us. The experience was not good at all.
