One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
Store #2675. Ordered well before the rush for dine in. Only 2 people ahead of us. Then the swarm of online orders came in. Idiot manager apparently prioritized every online order while leaving dine in customers hanging. After 45 mins waiting I demanded our money back. They couldn’t even handle that and just asked me to write my name and number down. Worst experience ever. These guys can’t run a business and have zero customer service. Don’t have to hope, just a matter of time they close.

Their chicken and fries are soooo good and so many sauces and flavors to choose from.
two of the three times I have come in the order has been wrong. the food is about a two out of 10 Stars. the time they take to fulfill the orders is almost like a sit-down restaurant time. I give them a total of two stars out of 10
My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔
Holland Michigan wingstop messed my order up and when i called to trying get the rest of my order the guy was mad and was getting loud so i told him I was going come down there i wanted to talk to a manger. then he told me he was gonna call the cops on me if I showed up. when I arrived the guy was talking about me to other employees and customers cussing. then he started yelling and cussing at me infront of everyone they had to physically pull the guy to the back. I should of recorded it but I just wanted my food to feed my family. I will never go back there. I love the food but the disrespect and the humiliation I felt can i never go back there.
I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

The person at the cash register needs to make sure to wash their hands before touching things in the food area. They will touch money then go prepare a order

I don’t like the fact that we have to leave a message in order to talk to staff last time. I was here. They had undercooked chicken undercooked fries. I don’t appreciate it.

Stopped in to order for a party of 8. The cashier with all the tattoos enjoyable. He was in extremely good spirits. Our order was correct and we were all satisfied.

The Florence KY location used DoorDash as their 3rd party for deliveries. This is not a choice we make as customers, this is their own business decision. Today, the restaurant forgot to put half our order in the sealed bag, and when contacted, blamed DoorDash for the missing items in the sealed bag, and told us they could not help us, that we had to reach out to DoorDash. As a client, I’m not responsible for who you choose as your delivery partner. That’s your problem to deal with. Had the staff hang up on me, and on my second call I finally reached an extremely unprofessional and barely useful “manager”. They acted like they were doing us a solid by “allowing” us to pick up the missing items ourselves from the restaurant. Still missing items in that second attempt, but at this point we’re quite done dealing with the level of incompetence being displayed by this wingstop location. TL:DR avoid the Florence KY Wingstop. They mess up your order, don’t own up to their mistakes, and try to blame everyone else for items they forgot to put into your bag. The management here is laughably incompetent. They also refuse to disclose their names over the phone, as they know how completely useless they are.
