Yoyo treats has the best "Esquite" or Chaskas, but let me not forget the marquesitas. All her Mexican street snacks are delicious. Diana has a great customer service., ambiance is very family style. Love going to Yoyos.

So, I finally checked out E14th Eatery + Kitchen in San Leandro, specifically to try a dish I had seen on YouTube offered by YoYo Treats. I spoke with the cheerful and enthusiastic owner and chef, Diana, and mentioned the YouTube video. The dish that I had seen was called a Tablita, and so that is what I ordered. She was very graceful and explained to me that, since I wanted it to go, she was going to separate the duros from the rest of the dish, so that it would not get soggy. I couldn't wait to try it, and it was just as advertised: delicious! She shares the space with two other food vendors, which I also need to try! The place is mainly a takeout place, although there are several tables inside, and I would have felt comfortable eating there. There is street parking and also a small parking lot in the back. I was there around 3:00, and there were only two other patrons at the time. I recommend YoYo Treats and Diana without hesitation.

My fav items here are the passionfruit mango agua fresca and the empapelados with carne asada! I was not familiar with some of these snacks but owner, Diana, is so friendly and was able to teach me more about Mexican snacks! Love coming here and trying other items as well. Definitely try a marquesita!!!!

If you like Mexican "botanas" and truly fantastic Mexican agua frescas and "michelada-style" sodas, Yo Yo Treats is da boooooom!! If you don't know what that is, you'll find savory and sweet treats that you really kind find anywhere always. Everything tastes so authentic but is also prepared so thoughtfully and just a step above other "botanero" restaurants. The owner is just as sparkly as the drinks she sells. I love her bubbly personality and just all the color she imbues into the space, which is vibrant and colorful.I've eaten there and ordered to go (which they now offer) and it's always good. I always order the chaska, which is what they call esquites, corn cups, in Aguascalientes. My husband always order the empapelados, which is a variety of proteins and veggies (you can choose between one or two or three of each) smothered with esquites. It is so good! The taquitos are always a hit. And our kiddo likes the marquesitas, a very unique Dutch crepe that can be sweet or savory. I recently started ordering the "cacahuataxo" which has jicama and pepino, plus tamarind and chamoy in a spicy Clamato sauce with lime. And then there's the drinks. They do some amazing aguas frescas. But what sets them apart is their prepared sodas, with chamoy, Tajin, lime, salt and other tasty treats. They have tamarind soda, Sangria soda, a Tehuacan (if you're Mexican you know what makes that special). There's several tables inside and a nice park nearby with parking if you want to sit outside to eat your treats.

Oh, I absolutely love this spot! Yo-Yo Treats is a delightful place to visit. The owner's energy is infectious, and her husband is just as friendly and welcoming. From the moment you step in, you can feel the warm and inviting atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the marquesita! I must admit, I haven't explored the entire menu because I am completely hooked on their marquesita. My personal favorite combination is the one with Nutella, banana, and strawberries - it's simply heavenly! However, the owner is incredibly creative and offers a variety of other delicious options, including some with cheese. Trust me; you won't be disappointed with any of the choices. If you claim to love Mexican treats, then you absolutely must pay a visit to Yo-Yo Treats. It's a hidden gem that you shouldn't miss out on. The flavors and quality of their treats are top-notch, and the experience is something you'll cherish. So, don't wait any longer! Head over to Yo-Yo Treats and indulge in their mouthwatering marquesitas and other delightful treats. You'll be treated to an unforgettable culinary adventure that will leave you wanting to come back for more. Enjoy!

I really wanted to fall in LOVE with this place- but didn't. Full truth- just came back from Mexico and was looking for a place who made Marquesitas and was pleased to find they did. However they were small & a bit pricey. The taste was fine... and like I said I had just came back from vacation where they were HUGE. I don't mind the price was just hoping for a bit more.

Best Agua Frescas in San Leandro. Try their Dulce de leche marquesitas too. One of our favorite local spots in San LeandroParking: There are like 4 designated parking right behind the building but there are street parking as well.
