First time here I got some tortas .burrito and tacos 🌮 definitely I have to go back 👦👍👍🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️😊

Out with the old avilas taqueria in with the new taqueria El Cohete 2... New restaurant with 🔥 tacos with that fresh hand made tortilla and bomb ass menudo on the weekend... so many options on the menu even burgers nachos sandwiches carne asada fries and breakfast! Family style with shared tables. 4 different groups of people in this photo and it's refreshing to see people talk with random people. Not a cell phone in sight other than mine taking this picture 😂

We loved this place when it was Avila’s and love its new form. We always get the veggie wet burrito here (they are huge and great for sharing), and the red and green salsas always knock our socks off. They are so fresh, delicious, and spicy!! The fresh veggies, creamy beans and well seasoned rice in the burrito adds a really nice contrast to the salsas. Hits the spot on a cold winter day or any day you’re craving a delicious, spicy, and filling fix!

We haven’t sat in in a while because there isn’t a ton of seating but each time we have or just gone to pick up, it’s always been super chill, fam vibes.

Cozy neighborhood spot. Food was very good. Just got the Tacos this time but salsa and tortillas tell me all I need to know. I'll definetly be back. great service too. Definetly my new local spot.

Tuesday 9/17/2024 at 7:20PM I arrived to try the restaurant and noticed no one was inside I did not see the cook either from the outside I thought Restaurant was closed then opened the door went inside and my goodness so much smoke in the place and smelled strongly like weed, I right away Left not sure if the restaurant is really opened or under Maintenance.

Legit taqueria - plus excellent salsas. Must try if you’re in the area. Super friendly staff as well.Got the super burrito de lengua, torta de cabeza and super burrito de asada.Definitely going back!

The new cashiers have a bad attitude, they don't pay attention to the orders, they give incomplete orders, the prices of the food went up and every day they give less for what they charge! This restaurant has little future, my family and I have stopped going to that place!

Dirty place, flies all over the place, handling the food with bare hands while touching other things, order a burrito with everything on it and they only put meat, rice, beans, and they charged me 13$, order tacos as well for my mom, that sh1t was a mess, soaky tortillas, meat not cooked well, and filled to the top with onions?? and overall it barely had any flavor.
