The patties are tiny, I got a triple patty burger and at first glance thought there was only one party because of how tiny they are.

Went to try the new shake come to this location ever so often, cut down on coming because the service wasn’t great usually, especially walking in. Drive through is usually a bit more pleasant, tho there was a new girl there who was very nice or at least I haven’t seen her.

The dining area was absolutely FILTHY, the bathroom was so very gross and no toilet paper, it was so bad that I decided not to order anything and I called corporate offices about the situation.

I order food and arriving at window i wanted to add another item and they said too late and refused. I said ok thats fine. Then continued to paid for my order. Then after the cross dressed cashier handed me my order and it was not the correct items in the bag. I inquired why my food was not correct. Cashier told me, we don't have fries so I just gave you something else. My kids are picky eaters and would not eat the food I was provided. The cashier should have told me it was unavailable before payment and would not provide a refund. Then was told to leave. I was calm and never yell but it was not handled correctly.

Poor customer service. Martha is rude and she doesn't resolve issues well. When I ordered, I requested that the food is fresh. They gave me old fries, and the burger meat was extremely dry as if it was sitting out for a while. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect decency. Also, the other employee that was making the food did not wear gloves. She was making the burgers with her bare hands. I had to request that she put on gloves and remake my food properly.

I ordered a 14 plain and what I got was a burnt overcooked piece of chicken that looked like it had been recooked and served. You can’t even call this place to complain. It’s just say they haven’t set up their voice mail and hangs up on you.

Ask for sauce. I reply ketchup please. Came home no ketchup in bag. Asked for extra ketchup came home 2 bag of ketchup. Cheap skate place. Nor properly train employee. Take your job seriously please.

I have been coming here since the 1980's. The last 4 visits have been very disappointing.
They have been out of the things I have wanted.
The last time, on 10/20 I went by to try the Ube milk shake. I was told it was unavailable. I also wanted to have the new sourdough breakfast sandwich. The only available breakfast items were the platter and a burrito.
Before hand ( a couple of weeks earlier) they did not have the monster tacos. Before that it was another item.
This was a consistently good place to go.
Not anymore.
