Went yesterday and for the second time they shorted me 1 taco from my order. Not sure what's going on in that place. If you can't count to 8 you should go back to school. I also customized my order with extra lettuce and extra sauce and neither happened.

Today May 27 Around10:20 I tried to order inside but there was a note that you ordered by drive trough even when there were people eating inside, I went to order outside and this person who was taking care of my order stopped answering me after a while answered me to just ignore me again, At this point I left the drive through.

So tired of going through and NEVER getting a complete order! Last time was wrong fries and burger bc of allergies. This time was missing food. If only one person is competent then so be it. I've worked fast food and it honestly is not as difficult as this location makes it. Tons of opportunities in this store
They always mess up your order. I've had my order messed up here more times than I can count or missing items. Food is good sometimes but what can you expect from microwaved food? The service isn't the best at times. We had a young lady give us an attitude when we asked for no ice. She pretended she couldn't hear us and replied to us condensing. I understand fast food workers have it hard enough with rude customers but we weren't rude and both me and my boyfriend have worked in fast food for a long time before in other chain fast food restaurants and the behavior from her isn't acceptable. Don't bother to report these workers because fast food places need people to help whether they're bad at their jobs or not.

went here after church to use a coupon for iced coffee. fortunately there was no line when i went there. the employees were nice. they quickly gave me my iced coffee, without any problems.
