Sushi is a 4/10. Rice is kind of stale. Also, if you want a side of ATITUDE with your meal, this is the place to go. I went in today to pick up lunch for myself and my dad. The guy that put my sushi together gave me attitude because I asked him for a fork for my dad since he doesn't know how to use chopsticks. I know customer service isn't an easy job but I don't believe asking for a fork when you're spending your money on food, is something to give customers attitude for.

The ikura nigiri has gone bad and they stink. I saw that the roes are deflated and popped and that's why I took a sniff first. The hamachi nigiri has not gone bad but is dry and not fresh. Also ordered the mango sashimi salad, lion king roll, and rainbow roll, they are ok. Disappointed and won't be back.

New management is garbage. Allows their employees to smoke right at the front of the door like I'm fuckin entering a club or something. Then he proceeds to put the cigarette down and go pack my food. Do better.

I placed an order online on their website at 6:30 and the delivery did not show up at 8:15 so I decided to go to the place. It's ridiculous for a two hour delivery!! Their phone was not through the whole time. When I got there the owner did not apologize nor bother to offer me a free item as listed on their menu. The quality and quantity of the food go way downhill!! Will never go back!!

I don't really know what happened because DoorDash driver services called to tell me the store said my order was already picked up so the driver cancelled. I ordered again and they waited until close to cancel the order. Seemed like a sheisty thing to do when it was in no way shape or form my fault.

My wife was excited to try this place out. I had warned her that I wasn't comfortable with trying a new Japanese restaurant out, especially when we've been disappointed so many times before. Our go-to place have been Sushi House in Alameda. We value their portions, freshness, flavor, and price. So we ended giving this restaurant a go. We got 4 rolls and a rice bowl. The problem I have with the sushi is the size of the rolls, the amount of fish you get, and the fillings used. Their rolls are close to half the size of the rolls I typically get from Sushi House. I feel like I can stuff two of their rolls in my mouth, when I can only take one from Sushi House. They've cheaped-out on the amount of fish you get on your rolls. They are wafer thin to the point, where you can almost see-through the fish when you pick it up. The fillings used in the rolls were all the same. It's as though I'm getting a California rolls with a different slice of sushi on top. Needless to say, we're not coming back to this place for a while. I would give them 3 of 5 for service 3 of 5 for price 2 of 5 for portion, flavor, and freshness.

I had my food delivered through here. Food was good and arrived on time. The only thing I would recommend for the restaurant is to package cooked rolls separately from ones with sashimi. The heat from the cooked rolls made my "fresh" roll all warm :(

My son and I ordered out because it was just the two of us home. He suggested this place because he said he had been before and it was good. I was extremely unimpressed the rolls fell apart easily and some had nothing but rice on the end pieces. The seaweed salad was ok it was a bit in the sweet side. Would i try again eat in instead of delivery yes. I always try and give a place a second chance as long as the customer service is good. Which it was so will go back for sure.

This is going into the garbage! They also forgot my edamame too. Definitely never ordering from here again!
Im always looking for good sushi restaurants and just found one so good I had to give them a review which I normally don't do I just got a spicy tuna roll and Alaska roll that was tasty and fresh price was $11 the service was fast and people were nice I will be back this is my go to sushi spot for now on

The place is simple. Due to COVID-19 it is not open for seating. I was invited by their friend to try the food. The salad was ample with a very tasty dressing. The Hamachi Kama is cooked just right and tasty. The Lion King presentation is excellent and very tasty. There was also a special presentation plate of shrimp, salmon, calamari, tuna with deep fried large shrimp head for a beautiful dish. Very tasty. All in all I was very satisfied with the food. For the finishing the chef made a special sushi with beef surrounding. I called it the Japanese rifle. The presentation looks like a bill with a long fried bean on the side. I am full and very satisfied with the food. I would call this place oh my gosh what a great Japanese Restaurant.

I found this little gem through Yelp during my lunch break. I ordered edamame, a lion king roll, and a 49er roll. Wait: It took about 15-20 mins for our order to be ready, so I suggest ordering ahead of time if you're on a time crunch Food: I really enjoyed it! Fresh, tasty! I finished everyyyything! Price: my total came out to $30.04 Customer service: the person who helped me out was really nice! Good vibes for sure. He even came outside to hand me my order. Overall: decent price, portion, & the fish was fresh. I will definitely be back! Thank you!
