I have been to this place several times and usually had decent service and the pizza was usually above average. Unfortunately the service here has dropped off considerably.

We have always loved round table pizza but have watched this locationâs service plummet to the worst ever over these last few years. When you use online points for a free pizza, suddenly their oven is broken. When you call in an order, they lose it. When you arrive to pick up your order and they canât find your order they donât care and itâs your fault. Plus most customers there are also frustrated with the poor service as well wishing you good luck as they finally get to leave with their orders promised much sooner than delivered. The owners should be ashamed. Go a few extra miles to San Leandroâs Round Table on Doolittle Drive where the owners actually care about their customers.

I've been to a lot of round tables. But by far this round, table has the best tasting pizza. They don't over sauce it and the crust is crispy. Wings were awesome. As well, I recommend going to this round table in san lorenzo

Ordered a pizza on-line from the Round Table website, got my confirmation email, got my alert from my credit card that a purchase had been made. Got to the restaurant to pickup my pizza and they insisted that I had not yet paid. Had to call my credit card company and stop the charge, told the restaurant to keep the pizza.. It smelled so good though, but I'm not going to pay twice..

I specifically asked for parm cheese, red pepper packets, plates and napkins to be delivered with our Round Table pizza and we got NONE of those upon delivery!!! Plus the pizza was only slightly warm, not hot. Really BAD customer service!!!
I placed a takeout order for a Maui Zaui pizza. The person taking my order kindly suggested adding cinnamon twists to my order for an additional $6.00. While I understand the concept of upselling, I felt a bit pressured to make an additional purchase. Regrettably, the cinnamon twists were not as enjoyable as I had hoped, as they were quite hard. I wish I had not added them to my order.

Ordered online for delivery. An hour and 20 minutes later, Dasher did not have full order to deliver. When I called RTP, they found that they still had the rest of the order. I asked for it to be delivered and they said I had to pick it up. Whatâs the point of ordering for delivery if I still have to be inconvenienced to pick it up? No manager onsite at the time. Disappointed and will not order from here again
