Funny how I can’t reply to the owner… I’m NOT A LIAR! The food was DRY & the some of the shrimp WERE IN FACT UNDER COOKED! And I NEVER SAID I CAME THERE 3 TIMES! I SAID IT WAS THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW THAT I HAD BAD SERVICE!!!! I have been patronizing the store since it’s opened… BUT NEVER AGAIN ??

The food is good here, and the staff is very good about not mixing seafood stations with the other meat and veggies stations which sets my family members with seafood allergies at ease.
The Teriyaki Chicken bowl was delicious, and my husband really enjoyed his chicken and beef bento box. I saw the Lion King bake but will have to try it when my husband isn't around. Simple, quick, easy, tasty Japanese style food.

The food is good. But just really hard to get to ever more difficult to get out of parking lot. Also, I have been trying to order the soft serve ice cream and on multiple occasions the machine is broken. If it is not available it should be taken off the menu.
cious, Simple, and Fast! Tried this teriyaki place for the first time. It is definitely a comfort food and anyone will like this food. Service is good, fast, and staff is very friendly. Place is clean.
We tried 3 bentos. You can pick between white or brown rice, protein, salad, and fruit. All the meats are tender, have the perfect amount of sweetness, and portion is pretty good.
They are out of the soft serve ice cream when we went, so will definitely come back for the ice cream and other dishes ?

Lizzy f shouldn’t be answer the phones or helping with any customer service. I called to place an order, and when she answered the phone She didn’t even say the companies name it was quiet and after a few minutes, she said hello nothing else. So I asked if it was Teriyaki city Grill and if I could place an order, I tried to give her my phone number. She had complications with that and she hung up the phone on me. I then called back and she answered and just said hello not the companies name again or how can I help you? And I said to her I think just hung up on me and she just said yes. So she purposely knew that she hung up on me very irritating. I placed my order And when I got there I asked the guy at the front Where is the girl that took my order and I guess she was in the back and then when she came out front she was smiling and smirking because she overheard me telling the guy at the front what happened on the phone. I didn’t get the guys name, but he gave excellent customer service and even offered me a free sample of something. I hope I never have to deal with Lizzy f again!! Usually the customer service it great.
