I ordered 2 orders of hot chocolate snowmen and was only shipped 1. When I called them and told them the issue, the person on the phone never took any responsibility for the issue. In fact, she never offered an apology and said they could get me another set in 5 business days. When I told her it was completely unacceptable, she said she could give me a partial refund. I am so disappointed that I can’t give my staff this gift for the holidays and will never order from them again.
Have picked up here 2x now and great experience both times. I stop in the center lane before entrance, walk in and do check in. Sometimes back in off the street and last time turned right into the company across the street than straight back into this one. They will come stop traffic for you. Great people!
I was in a happiest place in the Bay Area l!!! The staff was so helpful and nice. I learned about this place because someone had dropped some cookies off for the school administrators . I drove about 15 minutes to get there for the sale on CHRISTMAS COOKIES FOR $1.00!!! Note: No Apple or google pay so bring cash or credit card
The ugliest cookies I've ever tasted in my life
Ended up doing Too Good Gourmet off To Go To Go - ended up getting a huge amount of sweets for $6, so definitely got my money's worth!
Cookies and the like are your typical pre-packaged ones you'd see at the store. Gourmet is a stretch - more like comfort food. It's kind of in a weird location, but if you want to score big, I'd recommend it.
Some of the worst mass produced baked goods I've ever had.

I ordered 3 boxes of cookies, first of 2 of the boxes looked nothing like the picture. The only cookie that was good was the cinnamon cookie. The brownie low in sugar just looked like a box of dirt, no shape at all and had to toss in the trash. What a loss. The chocolate chop cookie looked nothing like the actual cookies and most could not even eat because they were all broken and looked nothing like a chocolate chip cookie. Will not be ordering again.

Parking: Little to no parking, small lot is generally taken by workers. Some street parking in the industrial complex but also often taken

Purchased a bag of chocolaty chip cookies at Marshalls and when I say nobody liked them that’s including kids. A crumbly mess and a chemical fake chocolate chip taste. These were the nastiest cookies I ever tasted in my life.

Picked up a load at this place very friendly people fast loading will not hesitate to go back like I used to now they are organized with their product in the warehouse good job!!
Cookie's were so stail that it was unchewable and dry . Looks like they also forgot to put in the Cinnamon. 1 year and 8 months till expiration. Stay clear or lose some teeth.
Just bought the salted caramel cookies, keto and gluten free. I like the texture. Unfortunately, they leave an almost bitter after taste that I do not like.Just because of this, I would not purchase these cookies again.
Just bought the keto lemon cookies. Probably the worst cookies I've ever Tasted. There's only 8 in a Box and They are like little round Lumps of dense dough. Quite expensive too. Yuck
I absolutely love the Pumpkin spice keto cookies! I bought 3 boxes at Ross stores! Now I can order from the actual company! I can eat four and don't feel guilty at all! ?
