I ordered from Wendy's on July 12, 2025 total $19.22 for delivery by DoorDash. After waiting 1 hour order was cancelled. Called Wendy's for refund & they said call DoorDash. DoorDash after 3 calls said 100% would be refunded within 7-10 days which I then thought unfair as they debited my account right away yet I have to wait? RIDICULOUS!!!!!! TODAY is August 22nd & I keep calling Wendy's delivery support & keep getting nothing but apologies YET NO REFUND TODATE!!!! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? WENDYS & DOORDASH SUCK!!!!!!!!

Placed my order through drive through and found out my biscuit missing the meat patty when I got home. It ruined my morning mood
Bathrooms : 1 was out of toilet paper , 2nd bathroom seat was pissed on, nasty had to wipe the seat down just to sit down

Just visited wendys second time I had to wait away from drive thru for like 10 minutes. No one else that pulled up to drive thru had to wait. Ordered 3 meals order number 3094 I ordered to two baconators. Got two Dave's doubles with a bunch of produce. Given no napkins no straws for my drink. If you don't want my business. Done want be coming here again

I haven't been to Wendy's in a long time so I was surprised to see the hamburgers were tiny, the little pieces of bacon were paper thin (I really had to look to find them and didn't taste them at all) and the frosties were not the same frozen treats that took forever to thaw. That's being said, I don't think that's a reflection on the staff who did their job professionally but I don't think I'll be spending my $40 at Wendy's again any time soon
