17435 Hesperian Blvd San Lorenzo, CA 94580This is the "Wendy's Hamburger" located on Hesperian Blvd, between Popeye's Chicken and the hot tub place. This is a review based on a drive-thru experience only. I base my review on my experiences at other Wendy's and similar fast food burger places. (FYI- I used to be a fast food shift mgr). The other day, I decided to drive thru San Lorenzo to bypass the I-880N traffic. I was a little hungry, and flipped a U-turn to get to this Wendy's on Hesperian Blvd. It was late evening, and there were 2 cars in drive-thru. I ordered:- Dave's Double Cheeseburger- Fries- Jr BaconatorAfter a short wait, I got my food. The burgers were fresh, well prepared and tasty. The meat patty was fresh and juicy. The fries were crispy, but needed some salt. Overall, I think Wendy's is one of the better fast food burger places. Located near the corner of Hesperian Blvd & Hacienda Av, in San Lorenzo.

Kid-friendliness: Great $5 & $6 meals kids meals have good selection too. Great for busy mom in a pinch on a low budget definitely would recommend to friends and family alike.

Man, I hate how this branch is right on the side of busy Hesperian. It makes getting in and out quickly a little harder.That said, food is fresh and consistent. Service is likewise reliable. No complaints there!I love Frostys. :)

First timer for a Wendy's breakfast! This place must of been remodeled because it's way more up to date than even a Starbucks, better customer service than a McDonalds (that's not actually saying much) and CLEAN! They offer a great breakfast menu which rivals the tired standard of McD's & Jack in the Box but missing at this Wendy's is the Biscuits & Gravy alas they made up for this with great coffee. I love this location because there's no homeless people outside begging for money and you have a great vantage point of watching your car if you decide to dine in......oh and they have free Wi-Fi but no plug in points.

This joint also has wifi but kinda weak and it’ll require you sign on again after 10 minutes but you can’t beat the burgers here along with their creamy ice cream shake/freeze and their Chili! I never had bad food nor bad service here!Parking: Parking here is somewhat tight so better be careful parking your car.Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat difficult to get into because of the door but it has ramp.

Here you can get inexpensive fast food but also not as unhealthy as other places. Chili has protein and is so good and they still offer salads which McDonald's and Burger King no longer do.Vegetarian options: They do have salads and good baked potatoes.Parking: I've never had a problem parking at any of the Wendy's I've been to over the past three decades.Kid-friendliness: They are friendly to my children.

I came to Wendy's store #00003763 and was serviced by Aracely Ramirez. I tried ordering 3 two for threes off the menu. Ms Ramirez told me I couldn't order three of them. I ask Ms Ramirez how was I suppose to feed the rest of my family? Her English was not at a competency level for her to understand me. Ms. Ramirez had to receive assistance from her co-workers to barely understand what my concerns were. Ms Ramirez could not communicate with me at all. In the middle of my order Ms Ramirez just walk away and appeared to be very upset. I was was confused and had thoughts of canceling my order. I asked Ms Ramirez coworkers for a manager and supervisers names. I believe someone employed in a predominantly English speaking country should have a English speaking competency level to perform their job. I also believe Ms. Ramirez needs customer service training. Ms. Ramirez coworkers English competency levels were just barely above her own level. This is not the first time myself and my wife had had issues with this Wendy's store. The Wendy's in Castro Valley are a lot more competent and professional. We would appreciate any and all attention and resolutions to this issue. I would have given a lower rating than one, but I couldn't. Thank you
