Can ' t give a rating . I had hoped to go there on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day , but they were closed both days . I was quite surprised . So anyone wanting Pho or Spring Rolls or other Vietnamese food will have to try it for yourself .

The portion was huge even for teen boys and the pho, the grilled pork, the pork ribs and spring rolls were all authentically delicious. The owner even made sure the food presentation was on par with a sit-down restaurant although this place is a fast casual. Just delicious and what a gem!

Visiting town and was craving some Vietnamese food which this place satisfied. Quite pricy and limited from what I’m used to but the flavors are there for the pho.

Could’ve been a better experience. The food was great it’s the service that was very upsetting and should learn some manners. The register people couldn’t help or didn’t know how to operate some cash. It would’ve been understandable that they just said “I’m sorry, we don’t know how to help with that request,” But instead they just laughed in front of us, just looking at each other and laughed. It was embarrassing and truly their staff should hire people who are polite and good manners. It was just rude, and honestly if this people are still there, truly would not recommend going back.

Food was excellent, great portions. Service is acceptable, its a "order at the counter" sort of thing (neither here nor there).
This isn't a sit-down highly-authentic viet restaurant (they don't purport to be). They serve great fusion food at "reasonable" prices in a college town.

History of the head chef/ restaurant is posted on the wall and a great read while you wait.

I highly recommend the shaking beef; I think the price of the beef has gone up since I was last here, so YMMV.

Pho noodles disintegrate, the burger doesn’t fit the bun, pretty mediocre and too expensive.

We found the place via Google on our way home to Ventura. We came with skepticism from the word “fusion “ and left with a happy tummy and being wowed. My husband’s hot lemongrass pork ribs were perfectly seasoned and tender. My hot garlic chicken was just right and I could tell how fresh the vegetables were. I also fell in love with their spicy sauce. Hopefully we will be able to come back whenever we head up North for a visit

The food was delicious! I ordered the hot lemongrass ribs and the vegetables that came with them were some of the best I ever had!! The chef knows his sauces. The ribs weren't anything to write home about on their own, but with the sauce?? I had it all over my face within minutes

My girlfriend really liked her shrimp pho too - OH and the fish balls! We got a side order of fish balls (only $6) and the description on their menu doesn't do them justice. They were delicious and not as pasty as the description made them out to be (which is a good thing!)
