Words cannot express the beauty while walking thru the forest . You step inside and see the stage where great music is played by great and famous musicians.
The atmosphere is so relaxed you will couches to enjoy your great food and craft beer.
Came here to play DnD when our party’s regular spot was unavailable, and oh my god this place is a gem!!! The outdoor space is just beautiful, and it feels like you’re nestled in the woods. The eclectic interior is comfortable and feels like home. The staff are fantastic and welcoming. The selection of drinks is great for beer, wine, and beyond, and I ordered the squash pie and it was just delicious!
20/10 absolutely recommend this place!!
This place literally gets cooler every time I come here. Delish!
Best place for trivia in SLO. One of the best bars in town for food and cider & beers.
Get a pie or even their kale! The potatoes are delicious.
A great place to come if you have a dog!!! Great beers great views and great food
Hidden away, but worth the treasure hunt. Bang The Drum has a great vibe, beautiful, spacious outdoor patio, and plenty of indoor seating as well. They always seem to have at least one, if not many, tasty gems on the menu, brewed with local fruit. They have a full kitchen and plenty of desserts for a fully rounded, taste Bud experience. They also have a stage for live music. Check them out!
Very spacious and lots of inside seating. Cool place to hang out
I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I absolutely love it. I've been to a few events. It's a great venue, great food, Great staff.I especially appreciate the full espresso bar and wonderful pastries.I'll come back later with some pictures to post.
The veggie curry pot pie is so good!
It's been a while since I've been here, but the few times I've gone it's been a great experience. They have their house-made pot pies which are delicious. You may want to wait for them to cool for a little while though. I'm bad at waiting for food and that comes with consequences when it's still hot. They also at the time had a hot hard cider which was really really good. They had Brass Mash playing here at the time and it was a lot of fun.

Mellow place to lounge and hangout. Not many beer options for ME personally (more of a clear IPA fan) but good variety overall. I can see a busy night being a good time there. Only downside is it’s up a little hill and in a large parking lot. A bit hard to find but they do have signs. Very nice bartender, good food options
I went for a once a month salsa event, and it was amazing! The place is so nice, and I am totally going to order some of that yummy food next time and drinks!<3
Love this place! A hidden gem every time I'm in SLO County. Chai blonde ale is the best.
They’re not brewing their own beer. Done.
Lovely patio space and large parking lot. Beer was okay. Nice place, but I enjoy the more intimate atmosphere of some of the other excellent local breweries.
