Warm, chewy oatmeal cookies with chocolate-chip ice cream in the middle. Just like having milk and cookies, was 👌🤌

Staff was very nice, even redid my daughter's ice cream when she dropped it. My ice cream cookie was great

As soon as I walked in I had a bad feeling. Two men were hanging around talking to the owner and the place smelled of BO, the store really smelled of it. A child was walking around behind the counter which looked really bad. And the most important thing, the ice cream was no better than you could get anywhere. Generic. I think all these positive reviews are fake. No one writes such reviews of a dirty, smelly place like this. Will never go again!

The ice cream and ice cream sandwich made with two cookies was quite good. If you haven't tried it yet, you should.
Alice is the best!! Bomb cookie and ice creams!!!
The hours of operation are wrong.Reply to owner response. Maybe change the hours until you open back up then? I've been there like 3 times because I love your dessert, but you're always closed, which makes me sad.
We were looking for ice cream in SLO and discovered Batch. Nice folks and delicious flavors. Highly recommend!
Little ice cream boutique. 8 flavors. Good cookies. I had the caramel fudge and mint. Rally good. But the vanilla had pieces of ice... not good thing. Service was good !

pretty good spot!
First things, the pink unique door is a quirky and welcoming start to the store . When you open the door the first thing I noticed was the fun decor of the vintage antique mixers that were on display. Then I turned to the left where I was greeted by friendly staff offering samples and help with the menu. The menu is simple and you cannot go wrong they have dairy free options which is a plus but no gluten free options .y main critique for this adorable place is how the cookies are out in the window yes super cute but they were really hard when I was trying to enjoy my ice cream sandwich. I think that $5 for two fresh cookies and a generous amount of homemade ice cream is a bargain . I will definitely be back .
Poor service. Bad customer service.
The fudge cookies are definitely the best of the bunch, but I think oatmeal is best for the sandwich. Great cookies and sandwiches!
Never been here before, but decided to try it after my husband saw Batch while he was downtown. My ice cream and cookies were good, but not worth $5 per sandwich. My husband's cookies were stale and hard. The girl at the counter was probably what upset me the most. She was on her phone when we walked in. When we asked what kind of cookies they had she rudely say “its on the board†while not looking up from her phone. When we ordered the first sandwich, she thrust it at us all irritated like we were inconveniencing her. She went right back to being on her phone the whole time we were paying and had an attitude with us the whole time. Won't be back :D
