Stopped by Bon Temps in SLO for brunch and it definitely lived up to the hype. It has that cozy, welcoming vibe and felt like a true hidden gem. The staff was super friendly and on top of things, even when it got busy. Portions are generous. Great spot if you’re craving something hearty with a Southern twist. Would definitely come back!
I ordered a coffee and the Faitdodo, which was delicious and prepared fairly quickly. The eggs, beans, and sausage were great, and the biscuit was so fluffy. A touch of their branded hot sauce from the table added some nice kick to the plate. Heads-up that their website is very out-of-date as prices go, and the prices have gone up since other menu photos have been posted here. Speaking of which, the Faitdodo was 17.45 on the menu and came up 18.45 on my bill, but I shrugged this...
