Mardi Gras themed, creole flavors, I had the fried green tomato Benedict, the hollandaise was mild but a great backdrop for the spicier flavors that could be added. Perfectly cooked poached eggs. Service was friendly and professional.
Holy beignets, this place is great!
Try their “Cajun Pain Perdu” if you’ve got a sweet tooth to tame. Their honey-rum sauce (in place of maple syrup) was amazing. Try putting some in their coffee for a fun additional flavor too 😉
For a more savory dish, try their “Eggs Sardou” … it’s a vegetarian dish but was so delicious, my wife loved it! If you like artichoke hearts you’ll wanna try this. This is pictured in my review.
