I highly recommend Holly of The Cheese Box Co. for her wonderful charcuterie boards. My husband and I hosted a day-after wedding open house at our home. Several of our guests were vegan, so we were delighted to find The Cheese Box Co. because in addition to standard charcuterie and fruit boards, there is a vegan charcuterie board option.
