An awesome little stop in downtown SLO! Great selection of bubbles and delectable flights through all kinds of different sparkling… A great spot to enjoy a drink before/after dinner.
I’ve been coming here with friends since Tracy opened this lovely wine bar. Every single time is a delight. Fantastic flights of bubbles, at least seven different bubbles by the glass, plus still wines, snacks, and tons of cold bottles of bubbles. I joined the club, what a deal! Artfully decorated, carefully curated wines from $20-$500, Tracy is amazing - we’ll always have our girls night here.
This place is exactly what you're looking for. It's a smaller venue, but with a wide selection of great bubbly from every part of the sparkling world. The proprietor was friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to talk about her wine selection. We stayed here for like 2½ hours, and I loved everything about our visit here.
