We had been here before and food was amazing. Today not so much. We ordered appetizers and they came out in 5 minutes of ordering. The grilled octopus was with roasted potatoes. For 1 I would have expected yucca and 2 roasted potatoes had to have been previously done and just warmed. The mussels,, nothing exciting and the ceviche was only ok. Our entree, my husband ordered the fish sandwich, on the menu it says it Mahi Mahi for the fish, but our server let's us know its halibut....
Please be aware that this place will not seat you 45 minutes to an hour before their noted close time. Unfortunately the food was underwhelming. Not bad but I wish I would have booked somewhere else. The restaurant itself is very cute but that's about it.
This is THE BEST Peruvian restaurant in the central coast. I had the ceviche and I was blown away. I’ve been all over the US and was raised in Peru, and hands down this place is such a gem in SLO county. It’s definitely a must, specially their imported Peruvian lagers!
