Grilled cheese (added bacon) with tomato soup was superb! Pork belly was also very tasty. Staff was sweet and lovely.
Other non-food related notes: music selection was on-point with a fun selection of mashups. The only small complaint was that the music was a little too loud and made it hard to talk. Also whatever brand of paper straws they use here was surprising that it did not get soggy - so that was much appreciated. Anyway, all around great experience and would recommend!

Ordered food for my dad from here on Father’s day and asked them to leave a note to reveal that I’m going to be a dad too!
The team went above and beyond to make this a special moment for him by including a decorated card and blacking out all traces of the surprise from the receipt.
So much less would have been enough, but the team at Eureka really made the order special. My dad is saving the card that they wrote as a symbol of one of the best days of his life.
He added that the food was perfectly cooked and delicious as well!

Our lunch for four people and a 4 year-old was over $140.00. No alcohol ...just water. 2 pastrami quesadillas, chicken salad, burger and a kid quesadilla. All our food EVEN the fries were cold or lower than room temperature. As far as the server... Took our order and was rarely seen afterwards. We had to flag down another server just to close out our ticket. I understand that times have changed and prices have gone up, but SERVICE and the quality of your meal should not be this piss poor.

Average food with terrible service. During my most recent and last visit to this pretentious and overrated crap hole, I waited almost 30 minutes for a burger with cold fries. There were only 4 other tables in the restaurant. My order was wrong when it arrived. I won't be back.

The night started off not so great. A group of 15 tried bypassing the line, getting really upset with me when I informed the host (he had just arrived, and only saw that they had just squeezed their way to the front of the line, so this was in no way his fault) that another group was ahead of them, and that we were next in line after them. There must’ve been some mix up, as we ended up getting seated in a section that wasn’t assigned to any server. We waited for 20 minutes, watching the group of fifteen receive their drinks and have their food orders taken, before I asked one of the server’s if we were actually in a section (turned out that we weren’t). The waitress that I spoke to was very apologetic and said she would take care of it, and she absolutely did. About a minute later, Shelby came over to take our order and turned a not so great birthday dinner into a fabulous one. She was incredibly kind, apologetic, and made us her top priority. I actually said to my boyfriend during the meal, “she’s a great server, she knows what she’s doing.” She made us laugh, and even got me an extra glass of wine on the house as a consolation/birthday drink. We came in about an hour before closing, and unfortunately, at the same time as a large group, so I totally understand the mixup. The staff was very accommodating, which made up for any confusion/hurt feelings. Thank you Shelby, you rock!

Great looking restaurant both inside and out. Service was great and the Bathrooms were clean. The food was good, I think the wings were highlight of the entire meal. The fries were okay, plain and nothing special. Both the burger and sandwich were good. Overall it was a good experience.

Food is decent, the spicy chicken sandwich is sooooo good. I crave it so much. Other stuff i've had like the nachos were not very good... Sadly whenever i order to-go they forget something... which is sad when you look forward to your side of ranch. The two times I've dined-in the service wasn't the best but it's okay!
