Delicious bagels. We had various toppings - smear topped with cucumbers or avocado or tomato and avocado and the lemon pepper makes it extra delicious

The food was fine! But honestly it shouldn’t take 5 people 30 minute to make two bagels. Watching the kitchen in this place was like seeing an instructional video on how not to prepare food efficiently. They need some structure

I ordered and paid for six bagels, but when I got home only five bagels were in the bag. They have this process where the order is entered into the system first, and only after you pay the employee or another employee fills the order. This unfortunately lead to my order being incomplete.

Additionally, the bagels themselves were not very good. They were too fluffy and had a strong floury taste.

Good bagels and great people! Was greeted upon entery and ordered a half dozen (no schmeer) only to realize they gave me a HEFTY bag of bagels. Then, realizing I locked my keys in the car Nicole came out to check on me and came to the rescue! Thanks again!! If you go on the weekend the line will most likely be out the door, go during the week. Everything was clean and presentable inside.

Absolutely terrible staff. The Mexican lady behind the counter is extremely rude and does not pay attention to you. She does not make eye contact with you when taking her order. It’s extremely disrespectful. Do not even try Order anything to go because they will either hang up on you Or put you on hold for 10 minutes and forget about you. The bagels are OK. Except for I got a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and it tasted like garlic this morning.

The best bagels in SLO County. No others compare. The only ones better come directly from New York. I wish they made bialys.

Bagels are really good here… Nice and bouncy… It has to be the water that they use… I think they also boil their bagels…, I really liked this place. The bagels are one of the best I’ve had so far visiting California… And I know bagels…(Brooklyn!!!).

Been here 3 times with months in between and customer service has been terrible each time. Walked in not greeted when no one was in there employees were laughing and talking with each other and we walked up to the counter and was immediately met with an annoyed face and attitude. Made us walk up to the counter to grab our stuff but took another gentleman’s food to his table. Maybe get some employees who aren’t insecure and rude also this place is just overpriced two bagels and two drinks from the fridge we’re $20 such a rip off.

They always run out of the basic bagels - egg, sesame, raisin, etc. and it's only 9am.
Yet they always have overflow of other toppings that no one wants or orders.
Poor management planning and forecasting
They are not concerned with customer service at all.

If you like breakfast bagel sandwiches you won't be disappointed. However, they say they have an espresso machine but you won't recognize the flavor of whatever espresso based drink you order. Everyone seems kind and helpful though. Lines get a little long and it's a bit disorganized when it's busy but we like the sandwiches so keep going.

Very long wait for a bagel with cream cheese. Every spread is very upcharged, turns a 2.50 bagel into 7 dollars. A crap ton of stuff in this place is microwaved too. Wouldn't come back

Yes. I am upset let me explain.

We ordered three everything bagel, sun dried tomatoes, cheddar Jalapeño toasted with butter. Very straightforward order nothing else.

There are four people behind the counter, only working 2 orders but still can’t get it done right. It took 25+ minutes to get our order making us miss our next plans.

When got into car and started driving and realized one of the bagel was bagel with egg patties, for the one person allergic to eggs.

Not sure if the person taking the order was not paying attention or the people making the order. Anyways they are clueless and can use some management help.
