Josh is the most amazing waiter we’ve ever had! Great dining experience. Very attentive, polite and friendly. You just can’t get great service like this anymore! Big steak omelette was amazing. Fast service, even though they were busy.
My parents and I were sitting in the back of the door and while we had wait for the french hot coffee about half hour and then the back door have been shut too hard and but it’s have no rubber or slower to be close and my mom was told that the manager already know about it but it’s nothing to get fix right away and but I believe that the ihop is so lazy and middle business for this morning
could improve the store by having both doors unlocked as door on left side is locked while door on right is unlocked with a broken handle. I arrived today to pick up an order and discovered this as I went to open the entrance door. tried to tell the waitress and she's like ya nothing we can do and then waitress Lexie says manager knows but can't do anything about it. unfortunately that is a safety issue with one door locked and door to use to enter being broken as handle is hanging...read full review
