Worst fast food location I’ve ever been to in my life. There is literally trash everywhere on the floor, the tables, and no one takes out the trashes so they are overflowing. Left a paper on the door saying they’re only taking online orders. My order is 20 minutes late. Manager was kind to talk to but the place kinda speaks for itself. Past few times I’ve been here the soda machine doesn’t work either. This place needs a health review. Jesus Christ.

They're always closing early and only employ one staff member at night it seems. Always out of items late at night. If you're having a craving for anything just go to Arroyo Grande you have more options.

Disappointing first ever visit to a Jack in the Box. The Jack’s Spicy chicken sandwich was rather dry and had a little heat but not much actual spicy flavors. The second sandwich ordered (and charged for) was a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club but turned out to be a second Jack’s Spicy. Not sure how an order of only two sandwiches is mixed up.

I place an order online and to be honest I would never order from this place ever again, my order was not complete and most of my items I wanted were missing, my bag had no paper towels, no dipping sauces or ketchup. This place is not what it used to be before, the service is terrible and bad customer service. If it would of be me I would not give them any stars. To the managers I would like someone to contact me and give my money back.Vegetarian options: Nothing
