Kudos to Jamba Juice for amazing customer service! Computer/internet went down in the middle of my transaction and the manager gave us our drinks for free because I did not have cash. <3 Saved the day! Thank you SO much!
The death of customer service. Today I came in the store this morning hoping to get some Janna juice and oatmeal for my wife and I. Pretty simple right? Not today. First off, I wasn't created by the staff member who was hovering around, but not at a register. Figuring it was rude not to exchange pleasantries, I greeted her with a "hello," the response I got back was, "do you know what you would like?"
