We really enjoyed ourselves at Koberl !!! The food was top-notch and the server went out of his way to assure everything was perfect, including making sure my allergy concerns were 100% addressed. Service and the atmosphere was good. I was disappointed in the bison, short rib. The chef did not remove the membrane. This is an absolute must with ribs. It was so tough, a knife would not cut through it. I had to peel the meat off. The food was pricey and I expected a little bit more care in the preparation.
