The menu, in person, is very limited. It's a good place to get a quick smoothie, maybe something sweet from the fridge as well. The dressing they use on the salad is very good. The pizza, wrap, salad, all tasted the same. The burger was a veggie sausage patty that we've all picked up from the frozen section. There's no a lot protein in the foods.
This is a tiny cafe with a fairly small menu. I had the curried vegetable soup with toast and cheese. It was amazing. My husband had the open top sandwich, which was basically my bread and cheese with veggies on top. There is only one table in there, so we sat with a local lady who was already there and had a nice chat. The prices are a little on the high side, but you are getting real food instead of junk. I love plant based AND sprouted! The owner makes his own sprouted breads out of hemp and chia! I got the open faced sandwiches and they were delicious! It’s a small menu but it all looked really good!
