Customer service has plummeted. I know staffing has been tough for all businesses. Literally, walked away twice in past month due to once being ignored for ordering for about 3 to 4 minutes standing in-line (nobody there) another time asked a question about the menu and was told it was listed on the menu. I’ll be going to firestones instead. Trip tip is better there anyway.
Old Slo catered mine and my husbands wedding on September 24, 2022. They delivered and served amazing, quality food. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their service! Not only does Old Slo provide great service and food but they are also reasonably priced. We are so happy we had old Slo cater our wedding.
Old SLO BBQ was our wedding caterer on 4.14.22 and they were amazing from start to finish! We came into the restaurant for a wedding tasting and fell in love with the food and we knew we were in great hands with Kevin! He answered all of our questions and always responded to calls and emails quickly!
