I had the hot pastrami sooo good 👍
In recent months we’ve had to relocate our mom to an assisted living facility in SLO and pass by Pizza Republic every other day, on one occasion my sister had mentioned that she had eaten there once before and it was delicious, she would take me one day! She kept true to her word so we stopped in the other day and was greeted by Lisa who was so nice and engaging with me while my sister was getting her ice tea. Pizza Republic Italian Eatery serves incredible tasting pizza with a great balance of ingredients per slice. The food is incredibly flavorful, ingredients taste fresh, and everything is cooked to perfection. The menu includes pizza, pan style which is delicious, salads like the beet salad, pasta dishes, and Mac n cheese. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and clearly cares about customer service. The owner is very nice, and the prices are very fair. This place never disappoints and is a must try.
