“I had a really great experience at Wetzel's Pretzels! The customer service was amazing everyone was so friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I also want to give a big shoutout to the employees because it was a pretty busy day, but they still stayed kind, calm, and made sure everything was done right. They greeted me right away, helped me choose what to order, and made my food fresh even with the rush.

My pretzel came out really fast, and it was warm, soft, and delicious. You can tell they really care about quality and about treating customers well no matter how busy it gets. The whole place had such a positive atmosphere, and it honestly made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back! I definitely recommend!!“
