I've been coming here for years. Hands down one of the best spots for tri-tip in SLO County. The King's Dream is also fire. Beef ribs and baby rack ribs also a favorite. Their cuts are packed with flavor and always cooked just right. Catering service is top notch. The staff delivers great service. Shout to Irvin for making this place feel like a family spot. Ok BBQ. The chicken was the best out of my two item plate. The brisket was tough and cold. The business has another restaurant attached and employees go back and forth but will ignore patrons that need help. I ate here about two years ago and hoped they would have improved but it was still just ok with poor service.
Ribline catered my daughter's wedding in May at Almond Springs. Krystal was extremely helpful in planning the dinner as well as lunch for the wedding party & immediate family. The food, both for lunch and dinner, was amazingly delicious! The grazing table was beautiful and they grilled the chicken and beef onsite and while both were delicious, the chicken was so juicy & tender, just amazing! The sides were extremely delicious. There was more than enough food....
