So much fun. Good wine from a family run business. A great story of how they built the business.
Good ambience, acidic wines.
Even though this isn’t the standard wine (Pinots) for this area of California, wanted to try it out anyways. The sommelier was very friendly and took the time to explain each different wine, background, and pairings to go with the wine. Ended up buying two bottles to take back. It was a five wine tasting if i remember correctly. It was $25s for the tasting which the price is waived if you buy some wine.
Wonderful setting, great service, delicious wine, excellent cheese board.
Had an outstanding time at Saucelito. Both Amber and Riley were perfect hosts. They welcomed me in, we had great conversations, and I felt like a part of the Saucelito family. I left with a bottle of the Reserve Zin and Rabble Rouser and cannot wait to share them with friends. Thank you for a delightful tasting experience. I'll be back with friends in tow.
This place has beautiful rolling vineyard views and a great selection of local central coast wines
Big fan of this place, relaxed atmosphere and delicious zin. It’s a really fun place to bring visitors from out of town, I think it perfectly showcases the beauty of Edna valley and the unfussyness of great wine in SLO!
Had a lovely time. The wines and snacks were very good, atmosphere was great too.
Awesome pick up party, had to double down the Elody!!
Came here for a tasting. Told the greeter that we were industry. We got seated, and after some time, a blonde female server came out. Poured us a rose blend. Told us nothing about the winery or the wine. After waiting almost 20 minutes for the second taste poor we just got up and left. Very poor service.

They're known for their zinfandel, and they didn't disappoint. The spring wine flight was good, but the zinfandel by itself stood out as the best among the five. The server was very knowledgeable about all the wines she was pouring and very friendly. I plan to return next time I'm in SLO.
Fantastic winetasting experience at Saucelito Canyon! They don't have a stunning view, but it's a pretty, rustic, warm and welcoming place. And it is Wine Dog friendly! Our server was lovely, the wines were tasty and well-priced, and the food was delicious, too! We enjoyed the goat cheese & fig jam offering as well as the Seascape Cheddar plate. Yum!
Beautiful atmosphere but I just wish they had an ev charger. I would've spent my afternoon here if they did. Great back road zinfandel
We find Saucelito to be almost a throwback to the good old days of wine tasting, where you can talk to people in production and get an insider’s insight into what you’re tasting and why. Such a pleasant venue, relaxed and tied into the location . Flowers and critters in a rural setting, with incredible estate wines and thoughtful bought in juice, with a distinctive bias in flavor profiles across many different varietals. One our favorites!
Great! Our host was nice and knowledgeable.
