Waited over 10 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me with one person helping customers, only to have a 2nd line opened up and they helped the person behind me who had just gotten in line ? they had no pastries for people with food allergies or alternative dietary needs like they used to. Waited another 10 whole minutes for my 2 iced drinks. This place used to be so great, and now it's just overpriced and pretentious. I stopped coming for some time after I repeatedly...

Rarely do I dish out 5 stars across the board, but this place earns it. I first tried to stop at their location on campus which looked like trying to get into Walmart on Black Friday. Glad I came down to their location town.
