A highlight of our trip to the Central Coast! While it doesn't have a stunning view, it is a pretty, rustic, relaxing and charming place. Excellent wine! Excellent service too - nice people! What we especially like about Sextant is that instead of just serving bread or cheeses, you can actually get a meal here - and the food is very good - highly recommend!

Amazingly delicious wines! Deborah was such a wonderful, joy-filled hostess and brought the wines to life for us. She has extensive knowledge of wine and knows the nuances of all the blends and varietals. Deborah is the primary reason that we are members of the Sextant Captain club.

Fun tasting room. Came in late on a Saturday and Anna was awesome. Very attentive even after a few groups came in after me all at once. Anna was over the top friendly and provided excellent service. Wine was great as well!

We arrived around 11:30 on a Saturday. We were probably the first customers there. We were given a very nice welcome from the ladies working there. They asked if we had reservations....we didn't....anyway since no one else was there yet, they sat us at a cozy table by the window with a vintage looking heater. We had Salad, a couple Paninis and a charcuterie board for 5. Only 3 of us did the actual tasting. It was a great relaxing way to have lunch. Our server was Deborah. The food and wine was very good. But what made the biggest difference was Deborah. She was gracious, friendly, described each wine in an informative way, humorous, and very observant-knew when we ready for the next wine. Better service than most restaurants. We look forward to coming again!

Absolutely amazing spot! The wines were so well balanced, fresh, and lively. Our server (a sommelier mind you) was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, personable, and relatable. She made us feel so welcome as if we had been there dozens of times before. Looked through the reviews of a few different wineries as we're in the area for just a couple of days. We have nothing to compare our experience to as this was our first time at a winery. Debra(Deborah?) was AMAZING! She was so kind and had great energy. We sat outside on the deck amongst the greenery. The sun was warm and the breeze was cool. We had the flight and liked the 2019 Caverio the best. We also enjoyed a small charcuterie board. Lots of cute things to shop inside. We were intentional about choosing this winery and are very happy with our decision. Thanks again Debra!

Such a cute little wine tasting room and outdoor space. It's not their original tasting room but I did not know this and you wouldn't know it. The wine is so tasty and the staff if so nice and helpful! The scenery is beautiful and there was live music playing which we could hear in the area we were sat at but could not see but that was ok because it gave us a great way to just chat. We bought a bottle of wine to bring home and we will be back soon and bringing friends!
Great deli as well as wine and Debra was a wonderful hostess with lots of fun knowledge! Very quaint destination with several seating areas to choose from. Debra was very sincere and offered recommendations for other wineries in the area. If you want to taste and eat great Deli Sextant is a must!!!

I did wine tasting at Sextant Winery on June 22nd and probably one the best wine tasting experience I've ever had. Aubrie was very good answering all my questions and describing all the wines she was pouring e.g. terroir, lighter, bolder, balance, complexity etc. All the wines I tasted were all delicious, well balanced and had long finish...e.g. Kamal Cab, Caladoc, Merlot, Zin. Also the Panini Dane Bird was very tasty... The customer service of Aubrie was outstanding BTW, I joined their wine club and I cannot wait to go back and try their private tasting!!!!
This third time here. We walked Morretti Canyon Road and came her for lunch. My Italiano Pannini sandwich bread was a tad hard. Portion size just right. Great setting. I would order something else next time.
